I’ve always been a sucker for stylish home decor, and these marble-effect side tables caught my eye. The sleek design and faux marble finish promised a touch of elegance to my living room. But upon closer inspection, the illusion began to crumble.The tops, while visually appealing, are a matte finish. This unfortunate choice undermines the marble effect, making it painfully obvious that they’re laminate. It’s a bit like trying to pass off a plastic diamond as the real thing, particularly next to the glossy steel components.The assembly process was fairly straightforward, thanks to clear instructions and a generous supply of spare parts. However, the packaging was a bit of an environmental disaster. Mountains of plastic were used to wrap every component, which is a major turn-off in today’s eco-conscious world. A little more thoughtfulness in the packaging department would have been appreciated.The adjustable feet are a thoughtful touch, ensuring the tables sit level on uneven floors. And I particularly appreciate the shape of the frames, which allows me to pull open my under-bed drawers without tripping over the legs.The metal legs are sturdy and reasonably well-constructed, but the vertical parts are made of two pieces bolted together. While this provides structural integrity, the bolt heads are quite prominent and detract from the overall aesthetic. A little paint to match the rest of the frame would have helped them blend in more seamlessly.Overall, these side tables offer a decent blend of style and functionality. However, the matte finishes on the tops and the unsightly bolts mar the overall appeal. If you’re willing to overlook these flaws, they can be a stylish addition to your home. But for the price, I expect a bit more attention to detail.

Not the best quality materials. Although assembly is quite straightforward with good diagram instructions some bolts were difficult to get in and the heads started to disintegrate on some due to the bolts being soft metal.The top is just laminated and looks quite cheap.As you can see from my photos the top isn't very big and my laptop covers the whole area - no space for a coffee cup !! So unless you have a very small laptop you're not going to have room for anything else. It's ok for a 10" tablet thoughIn my opinion it's more suitable for a bed side breakfast table as it is like the hospital bedside tables but without the wheels.Because it doesn't have wheels it's not easy to move away when you're sat in a chair with it in front of you. If you want to get up you have to lift it out of the way as it doesn't move on carpet well.For the price of £49.99 for a pair I'm not impressed. I personally wouldn't pay that for these as I don't believe they're worth it.

This is a great C shape table for couch or lounger chairs. It was super easy to assemble and is very sturdy once assembled. I love how large the surface is - I can have my 15" laptop and room for my mouse and coffee cup too. It is a great height - perfect for me to sit and type without strain on my lower back or wrists. The legs are sturdy and the base is low profile so I slides under my couch easily. Very happy with it.

Super simple C-shaped end table. This is a great C-shape table for a couch or bedside. It was very easy to assemble. Once it was assembled with all the bolts tightened it is quite sturdy. The C frame is white laminate with a marble look top. The top is a matte or leathered finish (no shine) and provides a large surface area. The steel legs are a shiny white and I dabbed a little bit of white paint on the steel bolt heads to make them blend into the leg assembly.Overall a great addition to any room!
