Awesome pillow. I bought for my sister who used hers through her pregnancy and beyond. I bought one to help me sleep more comfortably with my back pain and it is THE BEST. I sleep well, my back doesn't hurt anymore. My brother in law bought one for my pregnant sister's visit and he ended up keeping it for himself -- can't sleep without it. Ditto!

I purchased a Pharmadoc c-shaped pillow in 2020 and have loved it. Ordered a new one to swap in and it came stuffed in a clear garbage bag with tape to seal it shut… and the pillow itself is extremely lumpy and doesn’t hold any shape. Shady packaging aside, it’s not even near the same quality of my previous purchase. I’m guessing I either got a used and returned one or it’s a dupe altogether. Do not recommend.

This pillow is just okay for me. I bought at the recommendation of a friend. Positives: - it helps me sleep on my side (I’m in my third trimester) -I am more comfortable than before I started using the pillow -neck support is good Negatives: - I’m still not very comfortable and wake up with leg and hip pain, and constantly slip from one side to the other during the night -lacking belly support for 3rd trimester belly. I ended up buying wedge pillow to use under my belly with this pillow -fabric - I chose the cream color and it reads more yellow than the photos and the fabric is pilling after a month of use -size - I’m 5’4” and it sometimes feels too short for me. I wish there was more leg support. The only way to support between my knees is to sleep very curled up, but then my legs start cramping. There is no stretch/give on the seams which makes it a little uncomfortable trying to change positions or get up during the middle of the night. Ultimately, the pillow is just okay for me, and I wish I went for a different option.

This pillow is AMAZING! I love the c shape it allow me to really cuddle in there really well. I am only a few months pregnant but this has been awesome just for regular sleep and relaxing. Feels like a nest :) it really puffs up after the two days but even out of the box was nice. I feel this is probably one of the best pillows like this on Amazon. Thank you!!

Material on the soft side. If you are looking for more firm feeling maybe you should skip this product.

The pillow itself is pretty cozy (I am currently 25 weeks) and helps me sleep on my side. I still wake up on my back from time to time, but this helps get cozy to fall asleep. My one complaint is in the quality. I've only had it about 2 weeks - i took the cover off to wash (which has also started to pill some) and the inside pillow seems are all busted open and the zipper is broken. I wish it was a little more full and that the construction was sturdier, but its otherwise comfortable. Ended up sending back

Definitely not worth it. The zipper on the pillow wasn’t working well when I first got it and now it’s completely broken. The actual pillow itself started ripping at the seams after only having it for about a month and a half. I travel for work so it was not used often. Spend your money on a better quality.

Saved my back, hips, and sleep during 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Has held up the same as when I bought it. There may be better pillows, idk, but this was a fantastic value for the money .
