Great little massager
Rollers are very smooth and do what is expected. Yes it has a plastic smell that you notice on the hands after using it. Overall I like it and recommend it

Great for muscle tightness! And also to prevent muscle tightness.
A friend of mine was having knee problems and barely walking. He used my palm massager on his quads, hamstrings and calves to stretch them out for 3 days. He was playing tennis on the 3ed day. Knee pain is minimal now. He walks so much better too. This is without a doubt the item that I buy the most of it from Amazon. I am a massage therapist and a nurse. I do not use this in my practice, but I suggest to almost every client that they check this out. I usually let them use one of mine for a couple days. It has to be you slow and derp to get the best results.It is great to use when you’re traveling by air or you’re a passenger in the car or are you just hanging out watching TV. And it’s also great to use on muscles that aren’t tight to just keep them the way they should be. I would give it more stars if I could.
