We have potentially lost the instructions, would it be possible to get a cope sent via email or post?

Absolutely! Could you drop me an email on info@bigcheesemakingkit.com and I'll send them straight to you x

Is this suitable for vegan if we use vegan milk? Thanks

Is the best before date American or British? Just received one for a gift and it says best before 12/01/2023 on it. So is that January or December?
