Perfect for rum cocktails
This is perfect with dark rum for a West Indian cocktail known as plantation, goes by other names too but everyone I’ve made this for is hooked!! Falernum, dark rum, angostura bitters & lime juice. Delish!!!

Has a lemon flavour
Bought out of curiosity as I'd seen it used on a TV show but, unfortunately, not really to my taste but, who knows, it might grow on me..

This tastes like a watered down version of what falernum should taste like
If you can get your hands on the cockspur version do it if not your better off making your own version this tastes like its missing the whole spice profile from what makes it falernum

Top Falernum
I tried making Falernum myself once and for all the time, effort and expense it was nowhere near as good as this. Very sweet but with a good balance of flavours. Absolutely fantastic with some good Barbadian rum in a Corn 'n' Oil.

Sweet and delicious. Not as thick and strong as back home but great as a mixer for any vile alcoholic drinks you're gifted. Great value.
