Besides the fact that the box arrived looking like it had either been used and returned, or sat in a warehouse for 5 years, (and the fact that the batteries were actually "not included" even though the box clearly states otherwise), it works. My daughter has extremely long hair and it took barely any time to do this. She loved it! I wish it didn't look used or worn... And had batteries 😟 Hopefully it is more durable than it feels.

I saw a youtuber use it for natural hair like mine (coily 4A/4B hair) and she made it look like it could be a great tool to shorten my twisting time and get perfect twists. This was not the case. It is much easier and faster to just twist my hair myself.

The item does what it says it does. It is not a good fit for my natural locks. I would recommend the product and it would make a great gift for ladies who are still struggling with styling their hair.

It’s such a great device.. BUT sometimes it snags my hair a bit and it gets tangled in the device.

The price, cheaper for a simple every day item, for one simple use mostly for a child hair care, it is over price for such item.

It looks so easy, but if you try to do it yourself, it's a lot harder to do.

I have long thick hair to my waist and this did not do anything for my hair. It took me about 5 minutes or more just to get one good twist, not great because it couldn't twist all the way up to my root. I usually twist my own natural hair but this tool did not work for me. I end up getting knots on the ends of my hair. It would be better for short hair. I only got in two decent twist and struggled with the third that I just gave up.
