Best pans ever.
These are the perfect match for electric glass stovetop range. I took a chance on these after my old expensive pans scratched my new range. These are sturdy easy to clean and no damage to glass.

Very attractive Greenpan / Bobby Flat 8"-10" pans.
Arrived in box 5 times the size needed and without additional packaging, but that's another story. Initial packaging of just the pans was adequate, and there was no damage to either pan. Quality, finish and overall appearance was very nice. I like the stainless with diamond ceramic interior. I believe Greenpan products are in the higher end of the quality spectrum for our price point. Interesting tips on ceramic ware and that is to only use low to medium heat, a 90 second preheat and use only clarified butter, peanut or a good quality olive oil to prevent scorching and staining. I you want some to sear on a higher heat, I would lean toward a cast iron skillet.

Good product. Requires good care
Good product. Works well when following direction to heat pan prior to use. Cleaning up immediately also helps

Don't bother buying these pans
These pans need very specific care and if they are heated above medium temperature, the finish is ruined. Not only do foods stick, but the pan becomes very difficult to clean. Not recommended.

Okay pan
They started out great, but don't come as clean as I'd like. The non-stick is still good, but there are permanent marks on them. Would try another brand next time.

Great Pans for a reasonable price
These are the first "truly" non stick frying pans I have purchased. Eggs can slide around while cooking and they fry beautifully and taste great, due possibly to an even heating surface. The cleanup is quick and easy. It is nice to know there are no chemicals (of concern) in the coating. At this point I cannot comment on the longevity of the non stick property but I'm hoping it will last a long time.
