Im really impressed with the quality of this monitor, I know its not a 5k , but its mac accurate, I just had to plug it in and thats it, I had to return another monitor I just got (VA panel) because I had a terrible eye strain, thats not the case with this monitor which is easy on my eyes. This is an IPS monitor, i got the 32 inch and even though is 4k the image is still clear and sharp, I'm using BetterDisplay to set this at 2720 X 1530 which provides 97.5 PPI (compared to my MBP 16 inch at 1496 × 967 which is 110 PPI) my eyes can not tell the difference, I know if you are a designer/photographer and need color accuracy, go with the most expensive ones or even a studio display (5K), but for the average joe, this is more than sufficient. apart from that, the screen does not reflect the light like my MBP does, really a nice addition. as I said, if you have a MBP and want a monitor with a similar color and image as the MBP offers, get this one which has a reasonable price. the only think i don't like is the back VESA design which is circular, I would prefer a square VESA design but thats a minor detail, in summary this monitor exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

I'm giving this monitor a 5 star considering the price of it. Given that it is 4K monitor and not 5K there exists a very minor disturbance in the sharpness of the image but only visible to a very trained eye. If you don't want that pay 2x price. Otherwise, the colors are vidid. One interesting observation is that after enabling HDR, I didn't get good results for regular text. It should only be enabled for movies. In terms of packaging, it is supper easy to assemble and works with my MacBook without any problems. I saw other reports indicating problems. I haven't experienced one myself. The sound is good but nothing out of ordinary. My only negative comment it that I wish it had its own camera and microphone. That is inconvenient compared to 27" LG Ultra series.

I’m honestly blown away by this monitor. Side by side with my MacBook Pro, the colors and sharpness look almost identical. I usually work on external monitors and every time I go back to my MacBook I notice how much better the screen looks,. This is the first time I didn’t feel like I was downgrading. A lot of 4K monitors look slightly off or a bit blurry with Mac (at least for me - i used LG, Lenovo and some of them were more expensive then the benq) , but this one doesn’t. It was honestly a relief. Connectivity is solid. I do wish it had a couple more USB A ports on the back for things like a webcam or MIDI gear, but I slapped a urgreen USB hub on the back and that solved it completely, while my desk is still clean. For the price, this is incredible value. It feels like getting an Apple level display for about a fraction of the cost and on 32". Yes it’s 4K and not 5K, I dont do high end design work so for someobdy like me it's perfect. Highly recommend.

This monitor is great . Perfect color .i love the 32” size . Good stylish look as well.

Like the size. Like the resolution. Colors are calibrated well for a Mac. It works out of the box with a Mac Mini. Only issues: Does not recognize brightness and volume key presses from a Mac compatible keyboard. You either have to use their utility to change these settings from the computer, or find a third party extension to allow the keyboard controls to work. Doesn’t have a built in webcam or microphone, so if you want to answer phone calls or do FaceTime, you have to get a third party solution. Not a big deal, but just keep it in mind. ===== Overall pleased with the monitor, especially compared with the price point of Apple branded alternatives. Recommend.

Great monitor for my Mac Mini. Simply plug it into the USB-C port and I now have more resolution and brilliance than I had with my old Apple Display.

to many issues with MAC desktop. Control software does not work. Tech support useless

This BenQ monitor is a 28”inch not a 32” monitor as described, but I’m satisfied with the purchase anyway. The screen looks nice and amazing! I would recommend BenQ monitor for Mac mini.

This was a mixed review - hence 3 stars. The monitor's display looks fantastic in terms of colour rendition, vibrancy and consistency to my previous 27 inch iMac display. The matte finish is also great for a brightly-lit room and minimises reflections. Using the Display Pilot 2 app in conjunction with the display just enhances the experience and provides a lot of configuration options. This consistency was what swayed my decision to go for this monitor to begin with. Unfortunately the monitor arrived with a damaged display - shown by the 2 inch or so band on the right-hand side, and I am currently going through the returns process for this unit with Amazon. I have purchased the same unit again in the hope that the replacement is undamaged. Follow-up Edit 01-Dec-2025 - It deserves and gets 5 stars. After re-ordering a replacement monitor, the replacement arrived as scheduled. In two words: Fantastic result. No issues with this monitor after a week of use, and I'm very happy in terms of its display quality and consistency.

I spent 3 months researching what monitor to buy for my Mac mini. I was too worried about purchasing a 4K monitor and not being sharp enough for my taste. With this monitor, I got it all right: MacOS integration, good colours, good brightness. 4K is sharp enough in MacOS; I'm thrilled about buying this one.

Je ne l’ai que depuis quelques jours, mais la qualité de l’image, la profondeur des couleurs ainsi que son design me convient parfaitement ! De pouvoir brancher directement mon MacBook Pro M2 ainsi que mon iPad Air et vraiment génial ! Mon seul petit bémol, est la résolution du texte qui est plus base que mon ancien écran de 4K 27 pouces, mais tolérable ! Je le recommande !

After 3 months, vertical lines appeared in the monitor. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT if you rely on a professional monitor. I chose this to replace an iMac that lasted 10 years and what a mistake - the quality is garbage. Customer service is non existent. I am still waiting for the monitor to be replaced and 2 months after the initial service request I've just received a third email stalling time, asking for me to confirm my address!
