Seems like it works and does what it says. Tastes fine too...I think what people are tasting is the spirulina or the green tea extract, but I'm happy with it, since I know spirulina and green tea extract are supposed to be healthy. Also an unexpected benefit is the high fiber content. If you appreciate high prebiotic fiber in your diet, this small bar has 11 grams!

Good results, energized, but strong caffeine taste and strong ingredients gave me an upset stomach.

They taste odd but I think the ingredients are mind altering so I ate it anyway. Good coconut aftertaste. Quality ingredients.

I definitely think these work. I enjoyed the texture, they are rather chewy. I love the strong coconut flavor! You can tell they have a kick probably because of the caffeine as well. But I was definitely get into a. Flow state after these. They are a bit pricey but def worth it

I really wanted to like this performance bar because it contains healthy ingredients and has 11 grams of protein. I split the bar with my husband because he is vegan. We both thought it tasted very bitter and did not finish the bar. The overall taste was coconut, but something just gave the bar an unpleasant taste. We did not finish it. So, lots of great ingredients, a high price and a terrible taste. Not a winner for us.

This bar has been a great addition to my routine. It gives a steady boost of energy without feeling overwhelming, and I appreciate the clean, plant-based ingredients. The nutrients feel well thought out, supporting both focus and stamina

This bar has a dense and chewy texture and a strong coconut flavor. It is sweet, bitter and slightly grainy. The taste is ok. It’s not great and I wish there were other flavors to try. I think the coconut is a masking flavor to help make the ingredients tolerable to consume. I can only eat a half bar at a time and it's not really enjoyable. I do like that it has a list of nice ingredients that I feel good about consuming. I would only consume this in the morning or pre workout because of the Green Tea caffeine. Overall I would not likely order again due to the taste

I bought this bar for my son to try out as he always needs to find ways to add protein to his diet and being in college he can use a little energy and brain boost in the mornings. He can be a bit picky when it comes to protein bars. He liked this one a lot. He stated the flavor was good and the texture was perfect. If you met my son you would know that this is high praise indeed. We will be purchasing this again.

This gave me a boost of energy about an hour after eating it, I would say that my training did benefit from it. The flavour is very interesting, a mix of coconut and spices. I will buy again
