Love these. They are good quality. Lots of chooses.

They are a little lightweight so it gets crooked very easily, but the positive of it being lightweight is its not uncomfortable. The balls are SOOO tiny and hard to twist in, but if you have one of those gripping tools then it'd probably fix that issue. The spikes are pretty easy to twist on. The balls stay on very well from my experience. I've been nonstop wearing it for a few weeks now and I've only lost one ball once. I also put one of the tiny rings in my ear and it makes a cute earring! It lasted a week or so before the whole ring fell out and disappeared so beware of that. It comes with so many sizes and extra balls and spikes. Awesome product overall!

Im not sure what metal these are made of but its not surgical steel. They do look nice but the poor metal quality irritated my lip after some time of wear.

the balls never fall out or become loose in my sleep which was always my problem with cheap septum sets; these are perfect and come with so many for the price ! im so lucky to have all the extra balls lol.

I bought these back in 2022 after getting my septum pierced so I could swap the jewelry out as soon as my piercing was healed. In fact, they’re actually the first and only septum rings that I’ve bought because I ended up loving them so much! I know that the price is pretty low for the amount of rings that you get, but I’ve worn the same septum ring every day for almost 3 years straight and haven’t experienced any major issues with it. Overall, the rings are really easy to put in and comfortable enough for me to forget that I’m even wearing one! They’re also very lightweight. On a less positive note, one of the spikes on my septum ring fell off today and I had to take it out since I didn’t have any extra spikes. I had unscrewed one of them a few days ago to clean my septum ring, but I’m pretty sure that I screwed it on and tightened it as much as possible when I was done… Regardless, I’ve decided to order these again since I want a septum ring that’s durable enough to last for years at a time, and based on my initial order, I know that I can expect that from these rings.
