Excellent Amazon Product!
I recently made the switch from pads to disposable pants after several years of not-quite-good-enough coverage. It was a difficult transition, because no one wants to truly admit they have a problem with incontinence. I suffer from urinary urgency and pads were great for a long time. But my weakening bladder began putting the pads to the test, and I began experiencing unacceptable & uncomfortable leaks.I tried a major brand of underwear first and they weren't bad. But I found they were very irritating to my skin. The protection was awesome though! I felt SO much more secure than when wearing pads I knew I was on the right track. After researching everything available, I realized cost would def be a consideration. Disposable pants are more expensive than pads. So I figured it was a no brainer to give Amazon brand another try. They had provided me with a great quality pad for many years, at a very affordable price. So why not?I bought the XL as recommended by the chart and the fit is perfect. I like the construction. They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants. The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect. There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal.I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need.Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is!But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.

Works Great For Periods
I never thought I would find disposable underwear in my size, but these truly do fit. I got the XXL based on sizing chart and I wear clothes 5X. These have plenty of stretch and if you have extremely heavy periods these are wonderful. Truly keeps me from having to worry about bleeding through clothes at work. Only downfall is I think the gusset needs to be a little wider on the larger sizes that way there is no spillage on the sides.

XXL is actually XXL! Very soft, not bad at all.
I am not going to upload photos for this product, as so many others have already done so.I have dealt with incontinence for several years, but only recently tried incontinence underwear. I am a large-sized woman, and never thought they would actually fit me. I was given a sample of another brand's underwear (it begins with a "T"). The fit was a little tight, but close enough that I could make it work. I decided to explore what else migh be out there. So, I ordered a single package of the XXL underwear in Amazon's own brand to check it out. I've been using it for a few days now, and wanted to share my thoughts. Because, let's face it, if you are reading reviews about incontinence products, you need the real scoop, not just "it's ok".These are a light purple. No harm, no foul, but wish they had bright colors too. Why be boring, in addition to needing this product? Undies come in all kinds of colors too - why not jazz things up?The shocker was in the XXL size - they actually FIT me! I ordered the XXL based on the weight recommendations. I currently weight (shhhhhhh! Don't tell anyone else!!) around 325, give or take five that changes every week. These are actually a little too big! Never thought I would say that! I have not tried it, but I could probably do the XL size in this one. The pants part is actually very comfortable. Plenty of stretch, soft against my skin, and no itchy stuff. They are VERY comfortable to sleep in, which is what I was hoping for. The back is marked with a dark blue marking, so you don't put them on backwards. (Hey, don't laugh - I put a pair of the "T" ones on backwards once! Awkward!)Now on to some other things.THE PANTY ITSELF:There doesn't seem to be a lot of logic in the design. If I take an XXL, why do they think I would want a panty that is cut high on the leg? I DON'T! It is cut too high, and makes the tummy edges pooch. It was nice to have them go all the way to the waist though - I hate underwear that rides below belly-button area. But the legs are cut too high in the front - please fix that Solimo!THE PAD:Now to the pad - it seemed to do the job ok. I did not test it, as in once it took a hit, I didn't continue to wear it to see how much it could hold - that's a fool's game! Ha! What I DID notice, was after an overnight hit, when I went to the potty the next morning, it had not leaked, but the pad filling itself was separating, leaving open spots that would easily leak. I also had a small spot leak the day before over the panty leg edge. Not a huge deal since I was at home, put the embarrassment potential was there. The pad does go up a long way both front and back, so you are covered fairly well for the "racers" - those little pee streams that race up your crack trying to make a wet spot! Didn't have any problems with those at all. Note that the inside of the pads did NOT turn into any type of gel - all I saw was a cottony-like filling. It still did the job, but it would be nice to have a little more like a gel-pad. This also did not seem to have odor control of any kind. More about that later.THE FIT:Again, super comfortable to wear. I want to try the next size down and see if I can say the same thing. But, because of the high cut on the leg opening, it made the pad hang down pretty low. I had to push it up into place then pull up my pants. It might present a problem for someone without more mobility or flexibility to rearrange the pad into the best position. There was plenty of room in the leg openings for my meaty legs, but again, cut too high for my preferences. These were very comfy to sleep in. I've had a pair on all day today as well, giving them a try with my normal (non-exciting and mobility-limited) day. No leaks, no complaints.Best of all? No chafing!I use the ultimate size pads, the #7 teardrop ones. Those do a good job on catching urine, but they chafe my legs and inner thighs like crazy. I really hate them for that, but haven't found one that didn't. Until the panties here... no chafing, no rubbing on the chafed areas or irritating my other skin parts.AWKWARD PARTS:That high cut leg opening could potentially allow the pad to move around too much for some women. The disposal is less than graceful as well. These are big, so I've been folding them up like a contour sheet, trying to use the elastic to keep everything closed. It would not be entirely out of the question to use a diaper pail if you are going to use these on a regular basis. That brings up one other thing I noticed - odor. A couple times, I got a whiff of the pad contents. So there is no real working odor blockers that I could tell. Pretty sure my urine is not freakishly strong or unusual. So, definitely worth a try. They are super stretchy. Buy one pack and give it a try!(If Solimo was smart (HELLO SOLIMO!), they would create a sample package with one or two panties of each size, so people could figure out what would work the best for them without having to buy expensive packages and possibly be left with a lot of unusable product. Because of the stretchiness and how everyone carries their weight differently, you might need a different size than the charts show.)

Surprised and Impressed!
Best fit ever! Not bulky! Very absorbent! No crinkly noise! Cost less than name brands! I am so happy I decided to try this product. I almost didn't based on reviews that said they tear easily when pulling them up. For me, that has not been an issue at all. My opinion as to why that might be happening for people is based on the sizing? I bought the size small and according to the information that would be for a person weighing 85-120 lbs. I weigh 90 lbs. and they fit snug, but very comfortable, almost like wearing regular underwear. The name brands small on me are baggy and bunch up. I highly recommend this product over name brands! Very pleased with fit, price, performance, and comfort! Thank you, Amazon! ❤️

Comfortable fit, very absorbent.
These are terrific, fit well, absorbent, and the price is great. As for fit, I wear the XXL and I have a bubble butt and they rise up to my waist front and back and stay very secure. Just be more mindful when putting them on. I found that folding the waist down and stretching them out a bit before pulling them up makes a big difference. These are 100% better than pads, they are comfortable like regular underwear, and no leaks. It sucks I have to use these, but I'm glad I found something I can rely on.

Good replacement for those that wear goodnights size xl or that need next size up
Good product holds more the goodnites do with better coverage and with out bulk. They will fit someone that is in goodnites size xl and someone that needs slightly bigger and as a bonus they are much cheaper!!! Also they will work for boys and girls.

Not very good.
I have a 10 year old daughter with special needs. We usually use the depends brand however when buying those these popped up as an alternative and until now I’ve been impressed with everything I’ve tried from amazons own brand. These rip super easily when pulling up and they aren’t as soft as depends.

Super comfy to wear
I've been testing different incontinence products. I really like this underwear and I can easily fit into the 2XL size. I actually wear a 4XL in dresses and pants but manufacturers don't make that size in incontinence wear. What I've found with this size is that if the area around the legs is loose, which made me feel that I'd need to go down a size so that the leg area would be tighter. My thinking was that underwear would leak down my legs if I had a sudden large loss of control because that's what happened with other ones I tried. BUT that did not happen and these much more comfortable and looser fit around the leg held up beautifully when I had Niagara Falls happen. I was super pleased because I liked the softness of the material and how comfortable they fit so their excellent performance makes them perfect. The price is super reasonable as well. I highly recommend these for their fit, comfort, and control of bladder leakage. I feel I finally have a product I can trust to work.

Way to small, not true to size
I got these for my niece that needs them at night. It said that the size is comparable to TENA. It's not. They were way to small, she couldn't pull them up over her butt. She couldn't even use them at .
