This product is excellent I did verify that pattern is an approved vendor for Metagenics and they keep their product in a cool control place so once you get it, make sure you refrigerate itI had Lyme disease for seven years and I was on massive antibiotics and I took this two hours after I would take an antibiotic and I have zero Gastro problems
