I used to take handfuls of 10mg pills, dont judge me, until I discovered these. I pop one before bed and have the best sleep of my sleep. Not groggy in the morning, no problems getting up. Just wonderful peaceful sleep.

Restlessness all night.
I finally got my order last night around 8:30pm with high expectations of sleeping soundly throughout the night. This is a very high dose of Melatonin which kinda scared me. All night I was restless. I could feel the sheet and my nightgown underneath me, I couldn’t get comfortable, I heard every little sound even though I kept my eyes closed, my senses were on high alert, I was very restless all night. I’m almost scared to attempt sleeping another night depending on this medication. I will give it another try after having a good night’s sleep in between.
