It tastes great and I made dubai chocolate out of it.

I’ve brought this 2 times already for baking. This is the best one you’ll get off here, you get alot for your money definitely worth it!

This is excellent for making Dubai style chocolate

So i hopped on the bandwagon and made a few bars of Dubai chocolate. This was already baked so didnt have to fry it and the chocolate turned out fantastic, really nice, good crunch... So i bought another one. Definitely recommend.

It came moldy, absolutely stinks of mold when you open the bag and i broke it apart and it was green and dark. It's discusting I requested a refund immediately!

Paler in colour than my previous purchase. Customers not noticed had changed products. So tastes the same as the roasted Kataifi but mot sure whether it would go soggy when mixed with pistachio cream for my brownies

Good quality & easy to use.

I used this to make Dubai chocolate and it turned out great. The kataifi was fresh, crispy after baking, and easy to work with. The taste was really good and the package arrived in good condition. I would buy it again.

This kataifi dough worked really well for making crispy layered desserts and gave that signature shredded pastry texture once baked. The strands separated fairly easily and crisped up nicely without becoming overly hard or dry. I used it for pistachio-based desserts and pastries, and it added a really good crunch and authentic texture. I also appreciated that the package contained a generous amount, which made it useful for multiple recipes instead of just one batch. It does take a little patience to work with if you’ve never used kataifi dough before, but overall the quality felt good and the final results turned out flavorful and visually impressive.

Meine Jungs und ich bereiten gerne selbst unsere Schokolade zu. Da darf die Dubai Schokolade natürlich nicht fehlen. Neben nahezu allen weiteren, besonderen Zutaten habe ich auch dieses Engelshaar bei Amazon bestellt und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Für den Preis ist wirklich viel drin, auch die Verpackung wirkt hochwertig. Es schmeckt und lässt sich toll weiterverarbeiten. Klare Kaufempfehlung unsererseits
