My son loved this advent calendar. All of the tools seemed to be of pretty good quality. There was a good variety of tools that came with it, including paracord, pocket knife, fishing lures, flint and steel. There is no explanation of what the items are. I think it’s a great value for the money. Depending on the maturity of the child, I would say good for ages 10 and up.

very good gift I use the knife every single day, it stays super sharp, cuts through almost anything all products are actually durable, and I have actually used out in the wilderness great price for all products Doesn't need to be 'for men'

Really cool gift. Everything was very durable you definitely get more than what you paid for with this! 99% of the stuff is very useful and can be used for a ton of out door stuff. Perfect gift for hunters that have everything

This is a fun advent calendar. The quality of the products is surprisingly good, considering the cost for the set (that's not to say the products are high quality, but for $27 they're not bad... don't expect a spyderco knife tho!) If the manufacturer reads this: One thing that could be improved the set is the hard case. It's a decent item but will not fit all the gear (without pulling out the foam padding). I'd suggest swapping the case out with an admin pouch (or something to that effect) in future versions.... something that you could put all of the gear into.

This was a great advent calendar for a teen boy. My son is usually very unimpressed with advent calendars these days, but he really enjoyed this one! It’s full of very useful items and they seem good value for the cost. Highly recommend!

My partner loved this gift! Purchased (mostly) as a joke for my man because we’ve joked around about doomsday prepping and he ended up enjoying it more than expected! Hopefully we never have to use most of it. But it’s all going in a “go bag” with our emergency radio and water filters. Some of the products are probably never going to be used, but a lot of them are multi purpose and potentially lifesavers!

I buy an advent calendar for my son every year and chose this one. He loved it and was happy with each days item. Males are a little hard to get calendars for and this one was a hit.
