Damaged product
The conditioner is ok but the pump of the shampoo was missing. Amazon, please look into this.

Don’t sure about genuineness
Last time I ordered it from Nykaa and it was awesome it made my hair smooth and shiny but this time the consistency of conditioner Is not that thick and not moisturising as previous one so not sure

Expensive for the quality.
The quality of the product is mediocore, have to use a lot of product compared to matrix products with inferior results. My hair stays even after applying a lots of this shampoo and conditioner. Wish the quality is as good as packaging. Never buying their products again.
