Betty Crocker Cake Mix Super Moist French Vanilla, 13.25 oz (Pack of 12)

Excellent flavor used as strawberry shortcake, since the store bought ones aren't good. This is a very versatile mix, we made cookies, and other cakes it's moist and so tasty!

It seems like every time I wanted to buy this cake mix it would never on the shelf. I am a bake from scratch person but there are times when I don't feel like pulling out the heavy electric beater to make a cake. When I discovered THIS flavor it was love at first bite. :-) I have two rescipies I use this mix in and I have received so many requests for the two. With the holidays coming I will be ordering 2 packs so I will have plenty on hand. If you never tried it by all means try it. It has such a rich taste. Thanks Amazon for providing it in multiple.

This makes a good cake. It has a more delicate flavor than traditional yellow cake. Sometimes I make the batter, split it in half, and then mix each half with a different flavor of Jello, bake each half in a layer cake pan, and frost with whipped cream. It makes a very interesting cake, which disappears very fast. This is also good with a chocolate frosting.

I made this for the first time as cupcakes, we sampled them plain first before adding icing.Plain: it’s good but you can taste this weird almost fake flavor. It tastes like vanilla but I wouldn’t say “ French” vanilla. It’s mild, but it’s there.With frosting it does help conceal that taste and make it a softer afternote.I think I’ll stick to the Betty Crocker golden cake mix and just add a decent French vanilla frosting instead.

This is the only cake mix that taste like it's from a bakery. It's perfectly moist and has a rich vanilla flavor! It taste amazing with the rainbow chip icing. My whole family agrees this is the best box cake mix!

For a quick way to make cookies use cake mix. I particularly use this flavor to make monster cookies. It's an easier activity for children. Love the flavor and we always using this product line and cookbooks.
