Truly a miracle worker for short term memory issues I was experiencing. You must be patient in allowing it to work its magic. I would say, it took a month to notice perceptible changes in memory. بالنسبة لي لقد استخدمته لمدة شهر وكل مرة استخدمه يظهر لي بعد الاستخدام بعدة ساعات احمرار وحكة في منطقة البطن (umbilical dermatitis) وتم التأكد انه من هذا المنتج وعند ايقافه تخف وتختفي الاعراض
