A Feature-Rich, Easy-to-Use Motherboard with Great Aesthetics
This is a fantastic motherboard with excellent aesthetics and a solid set of features. I paired it with a 9800X3D and an RTX 3080, and the whole setup has been running flawlessly so far. Installing M.2 SSDs was a breeze thanks to the EZ DIY feature—no screws or hassle, which made the process super convenient. Installing the GPU was equally easy, and I really appreciate the EZ Release button positioned to the right of the motherboard. It securely locks the GPU in place and makes removal far less stressful. The inclusion of two LAN ports is a big plus for me, as it allows a direct connection to my NAS while still maintaining my internet connection through the second port. There are plenty of USB ports on the rear I/O, which is great if you use a number of devices. I’ve had no trouble connecting everything I need without juggling cables or using hubs. The BIOS interface has been completely overhauled compared to my previous MSI board, and it's much more intuitive now. Overclocking the RAM using the EXPO profile was straightforward—literally just one click and done. One important tip: don’t forget to update the BIOS once everything is set up. MSI provides all the drivers and updates directly on their website, which made setup even smoother. Overall, I’m really impressed. The build quality, features, and ease of use make this a great choice for any AM5 build. No issues encountered so far—highly recommended.

SOLID BUILD.
The MSI Tomahawk X870E is a motherboard that truly stands out for its solid construction and attention to detail. From the high-quality capacitors to the efficient cooling design with robust heatsinks, everything inspires confidence and long-term durability. It delivers that unmistakable SOLID BUILD feeling that makes you trust your hardware. Compatibility is excellent, supporting the latest hardware generations, high-frequency memory, and all the modern features you’d expect from a top-tier board. Aesthetically, it carries the signature Tomahawk design — clean, sleek, and professional — perfect for those who want high performance without sacrificing looks. The EZ PCIe Lock system for the GPU is a small but incredibly useful detail, making it much easier and safer to install or remove your graphics card. On top of that, the wide selection of USB ports (both rear and front panel) ensures you’ll have more than enough connectivity for any setup. Overall, it’s a reliable, up-to-date, and extremely well-built motherboard. I’m fully satisfied with my choice.

Very very good build and stable
Solid mobo Peripherals are press and unlock so very easy Placement of them is perfect Peak speed on SSD.. pcie5 compatible with dedicated lanes and max transfer speeds... WiFi is stable and powerful Very very good but Paired it with a 5070ti and 6000mhz ram and all stable Temperature is stable with liquid cooling Only annoying thing is cable power to the mobo is in the corner so may need cases to fit cables from that side

Excellent price for a feature packed motherboard that will meet the needs of most
This board is a level above any I've bought before for previous builds. I'd usually go for low/mid tier boards as the higher priced ones offered little in extra features, however this board is the exception. It's packed with features and super high quality components. Functionally it does everything right and without a load of faffing about. The BIOS UX is great and easy to navigate for setup and fine tuning of components. For once this is really worth doing for the Ryzen 9 series CPU's as they are very flexible on clock and voltage. It was as simple to fit as any other board. A big benefit for me was the large number of ARGB ports which allowed me to do without the port hub I needed in my previous B550 build. I also appreciated the PCI slot latch mechanism that I think is unique to these boards, and the 4 NVME drive ports come with integrated cooling plates and thermal pads for the contact points which is an excellent additional feature. Connectivity is excellent and a cut above other boards in this price range. Boot speed is a little slow at post, but the setup flies once booted and hasn't had any hiccups or crashes since built a few weeks back now.

It's ok.
The MAG X670E TOMAHAWK WIFI is a compelling mid-range X670E motherboard that delivers nearly all the enthusiast-grade features—PCIe 5.0, multiple M.2 slots, strong power delivery, Wi‑Fi 6E, and a polished BIOS experience—all for around $300‑350. The majority of users find it “rock solid” and easy to set up, particularly with AMD’s top CPUs and fast DDR5 kits. However, occasional reports of NIC driver quirks, BIOS maturation needs, and build variances mean you shouldn’t expect perfection out of the box. For most builders, though, it strikes a fantastic balance between performance, features, and price.

Amazing features and aesthetics
The MSI MPG X870E CARBON WIFI is a fantastic motherboard with standout aesthetics. The carbon themed design and RGB accents look premium without being over the top. Everything I needed came neatly packaged in the box and setup was straightforward. The BIOS is incredibly easy to use, which made the whole build process smooth and stress free. The inclusion of WiFi 7 is a great bonus for future proof connectivity, and having two Gen 5 M2 NVMe slots is a massive plus for anyone wanting top tier storage performance. Overall, it is a great choice for a powerful and modern AMD system.

Amazing Motherboard. Shocking MSI support
Positive: 5 Stars for Carbon MB. An amazing premium build motherboard. Installation was a breeze and performance exceptional. Negative: After install noticed the Carbon logo on the heatsink would not light up. Only lights up if you press on it therefore a faulty MB. Raised a ticket with MSI support who stated the obvious contact issue between heatsink and Mb but provided no fix hence had to sadly return it. It’s common issue reported on forums. Support is bad from MSI. Amazon or MSI Didn’t offer a replacement and the MB has shot up in price leaving me to find another MB. Hence the 1 star for the review

Solid Motherboard. Build was easy. Feature rich yet reasonable price. Doesn’t waste resources in needless features like RGB effects. Excellent resting thermals and allows the CPU to perform to maximum speed and stability. Excellent performance. Finally two thunderbolt connections and 5G Ethernet are a solid bonus. 40 GB USB Both for back panel and front. Buy without worry.

The board feels well built and installation was easy. I especially liked the design of the M.2 slots, which makes installing drives quick and simple. It works smoothly with my 9800X3D and MSI 5070Ti Gaming TRIO X, and so far the system has been very stable. BIOS is clear and has enough options for adjustments without being complicated. The cooling on the VRM does its job well and I haven’t had any issues during longer gaming sessions. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a gaming setup.

This board is an absolute beast! The power delivery on this thing is seriously impressive, handling even demanding components with ease. I've been pushing my system hard, and the performance has been rock solid. Honestly, the VRMs on this board are top-notch and definitely a highlight. It's a fantastic foundation for a high-performance build.

WiFi 7 harika. Günümüz standartlarının neredeyse tamamanı destekleyen fazlasıyla güncel bir anakart. Alanların pişman olacağını sanmam.
