Good little stocking filler
This was ok, the bottom has some sort of felt pad - this got wet and left sticky glue residue behind.

Not great quality
It's a really pretty musical design but the quality of the product is poor. When it contains a hot drink the black foam underside of the travel mug expands and so the mug wobbles as it is no longer flat... Which obviously isn't great with a hot drink. I wouldn't buy this brand again.

Reliable
Great cup at keeping beverages at good temperature. Gift for my husband and he uses it often. Cup is sturdy as well.

They had one job
Disappointed . I ordered 2 for a specific reason. One for myself and one I had shipped to my friend in another town. They were shipped quickly but the writing on mine is incorrect and assembled sideways and behind the cup handle not like the display picture. Now I have to send it back and reorder another one. ...and call her to see if hers is the same but was too nice to say so.

Rounded bottom
The bottom has a rounded look/feel to it. If I set it down it rocks like it's going to tip over

Excellent mug! Both in appearance & function also
Excellent mug! Both in appearance & function also. The construction, even though its made abroad, China I believe, the lid fits tightly, & so far the thermal wall hasn't gathered any condensation. I DID unfortunately fumble it while holding a bundle of other soiled dishes, but it didn't chip, crack, or otherwise get damaged. I shouldn't be surprised though, I believe at that time She had her shield in hand, so as to deflect ANY incoming or possible dangerous incident(s') that might occur! OK, so I'm going a little overboard here, but I've gotten quite a few comments & compliments so far & expect a lot more in the future as well as MANY add'l enjoyable cups O' coffee! PEACE!!! Coz...
