Great supplements, felt better after taking it nfor a week. Fairly easy to swallow , less brain fog. Didn't notice any change in my skin, but didn't cause any skin problems

On third month of these after a much smarter-than-me friend recommended them after him doing a deep dive into the medical evidence. Definitely had a placebo bounce the first few days, at this point I'm unconvinced but my nails and hair are growing at twice the normal rate so something is happening! I'll give it another month and see what happens.
