This is a great all-in-one printer for home office use, offering print, scan, copy, and fax in a compact design. So after reading the reviews I was a little concerned about setting this printer up, however I have to say it was so easy, used the scanner code thingy, follwed the guidance steps and done, easy. I have used it and I am impressed it scans quickly and prints well, a little noisy compared to other printers but not too noisy i can't hear myself think. The app is great, easy to use and understand, excellent value for money, a great little printer for home office use.

Having scanned the comments before purchase I noted a lot of the 1 star reviews that bemoaned the issues with installing the printer and the lack of useful instructions. It took several attempts for me to get it to install on my phone using the App. I then tried to put it on a tablet, and in doing so, messed up the connection with the phone, so I had to start again. Connections with both my Windows laptop & Chromebook weren't much easier (primarily because my laptop is 'managed' by my work, so I can't install any drivers etc so had to rely on Windows drivers). All of that being said, now I have it all set up, the printer more than does what is asked of it. Previous WiFi printers that I've had were forever needing to be rebooted as the WiFi connection kept on dropping out. This printer however, has been there whenever I have tried to use it, whether on phone, tablet, laptop or Chromebook. The 'starter' ink that comes with it lasts no time at all, but I've now purchased some more ink so fingers crossed that lasts a little longer. Overall very happy with the printer, although it really was not the easiest thing to set up initially.

Excellent choice! It saves alot of money.. I can get as many prints as I want at home comfort... I actually ordered it to cut the cost of regular printing, for pictures and scanning... its a one show product it has everything from photo prints to regular prints and scanning.. it cuts the cost of petrol and out side printing payments. Plus easy to use from mobile or laptop. Very handy. It serves the purpose. And comparing the cost.. your first time printing actually pays you all the money back which we spent on 1 time printing from outside.

I bought this to replace TS5151 for better quality, faster prints and the ability to use multi page feed. The printer does not come with install discs or manual. This is all done by a web link they provide. I have two Lenovo laptops, one about 5 years old -had windows 10 on but upgraded it to 11. The other is an all bells and whistles Lenovo Yoga. The older machine I was able to download the Drivers and Manual with complete ease and had it up and running quite quick. However, the new Lenovo Yoga would not allow this process. It directs you to use Edge, Chrome or Firefox. None would work. I even turned to Microsoft who helped me reinstall up to the moment 11 but to no effect. In the end I turned to Canon, and was helped and guided to find my processor’s name and type which is Snapdragon. I was then told that this printer would not work with my laptop. But the story took a twist. I was speaking to Amazon on a different product issue and happened to mention the above. They took great interest and said they would report this to the advertising team – so hopefully help others out. But best of all offered a full refund even though I had used it for test printing. Being picked up free by Royal Mail today. In the end I turned to Copilot for help and they explained the full reason. In the end, which copilot help I am ging for a Brother Printer that will work on all laptops and different processors. Just be aware.

For the price it’s great - easy set up for me but I am computer technician savvie - the non existent instructions aren’t worth the paper they are printed on. The printing is a bit slow but adequate. Print quality good and with double sided printing it’s decent enough. Ink supplied will last about 50 pages I guess so order replacement cartridges swiftly - haven’t tried compatible inks yet so that my opinion my change on this printer. The digital display is a bit confusing but I can battle through it - it isn’t ideal but patience is a virtue! Also it’s a bit noisy however for the price you can’t really complain. WiFi connection works fine for me and printing from my phone works amazingly well with auto start when printer is switched off - so basically I can print from anywhere in my house without worrying if the printer is off. Ink is expensive so no matter what printer you buy you will get stung. I’m happy with this purchase at present.

So far a good printer but really terrible, they give you a cable that is pointless. and wifi setting are on the printer on a little screen. if you buy one don't bother with the cable. just use the step by step how to set it up which is sometimes not easy to understand. i can't say how good or bad the ink is as i have only printed on page. The from what i saw was cheap for the ink. Its worth it but its got problems and if your not a tech smart person not being bad but its a pain in the bum.

Nice little printer. I only wanted a scanner that works with Windows 11 but they were ridiculous prices. Spotted this all in one at two thirds the price of the cheapest scanners........ what's the catch. It's not the fastest, quietest or cheapest to run, also for me the ADF is a bit of a novelty. Having said that, who cares because it prints, copies and scans. It has good extensive software, prints from USB and WiFi (so you can print from your phone) and has decent copy quality. I have a HP scanner and a laser printer but the scanner only has basic drivers on W11 (thank you Microsoft and HP) so nowhere near as useful as this smaller, lighter and more versatile bargain buy.
