This breed specific dog food is good for my long hair Chihuahua in that it's not too hard for him to chew, it doesn't smell bad as some dog foods do, his poops come out easier with no straining, and there is no bad smell to the poops.

WOW! I'm very happy with this dog food! I recently bought this for my mixed Chihuahuas and they've been loving it. I noticed before they were getting bloated and gaining a bunch of weight with their previous food and a vet recommended I start them on this & I'm super happy with the change I've seen in them. My Chihuahuas actually eat it & enjoy it. It smells more flavorful than the other dog food I've given them. My dogs seem more happy and their bellies aren't bloated. They play more and seem more energetic. Their fur is soft and shiny & because the food is small it's easy on their jaws and teeth. I love how you can add water to make it like soft wet food or just add wet food. This is pricer than most other dog food I've bought for them but they're getting up in age and I've started noticing small things affecting them from their food so I deem this worthy

This is literally a life saver ! My dog will not eat any other hard food ! And then I found this ! She gobbles it right up and loves every minute of it! The size is perfect for her as well and it sits well in her stomach as she is usually very sensitive!

my 3 chihuahuas love this food. I mix in pinch of canned chicken breast and they always clean their bowls. they are healthy and full of energy and vet says stick with it.

Our very picky rescue chihuahua really likes this food after rejecting all others. Im very surprised that it is so highly recommended by veterinarians because the very first ingredient is corn. Im not thrilled about that but since its pretty much all our little guy will eat, this is what he gets. I do try to supplement with other healthy wet foods to offset the high non-nutrative corn in the kibble. So much is touted in human nutrition that corn is empty calories and only good as ruffage and yet it figures so highly in our pets food. Dogs did not eat corn in the wild. Nor vegetables. Its very odd to me.

My veterinarian recommends it and my dogs love it. I have fed them Royal Canin for years.
