DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. Product showed up in a beat up, tore box. Had problems with the camera right from the start. Emails back and forth with sell produced only "was tested at factory", and "upload a video" and "read the manual".1. not sure how I can sent a video of a problem with the camera2. So what if it was tested at the factory3. The manual (which is horrible) says nothing about this

I paid 800 dollars for the pos drone it flew decent a few times then mid air 20 feet up it somehow lost a motor and went straight to the ground shattering into a million pieces cheap cheap cheap plastic this thing is made of. So I contacted the seller not for a refund but a replacement and they will do nothing won't return or replace this 800 dollar pos. The video is ok but cuts out well before the 18km they claim maybe 1000 feet B4 video transmission is lost follow me doset work nor any of the other function have to calibrate it before every single flight. Then it take about 5 minutes for it to connect to gps. Oh and this thing deff weights more then the regulation for FFA so they are breaking the law. Do not give this company your money.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My grandson loves his new drone!!! I bought it for his graduation and he took it on his trip to Europe last week, he absolutely love it. He sent me so many nice videos that he took using this.I would highly recommend it to others. 10 stars from me!!!!!He just loves it!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. Poor video quality 75 ft high and 150 feet distance and the camera started freezing, seller doesn’t want to return or help they don’t answer your calls even Amazon customer service calls, don’t buy from them

The product does not follow the commands of the transmitter. The seller does NOT answer. Impossible to return or ask for refund.

I bought this drone from another seller last 6 months and the controller stopped working now the drone will not work like it should I bought it from Bingchat and now they will not answer me back I don’t know if Amazon can help me with this problem

Bought this to video the fire works on July 4th and I must say. It worked excellent, the camera quality is awesome, the remote worked excellent, I even let the kids use it and it was a breeze for them. I love that the battery lasted the entire time we were there. The crash prevention works amazing, it kept me from getting too close to the trees that were near by. I just love this drone.
