I am 72 years old and I like TrueSeaMoss because of the effect it has on my lungs. I wake up breathing easier with clearer lungs. My overall health is very good. There was a recall on this product and I tried another brand. I wasn’t feeling the results I needed so now I am back with the reliable and effective TrueSeaMoss. I take about a tablespoonful twice a day as my regular routine. The taste is fine, I like the strawberry.

Im bombarded with ads touting this brand and how amazing it is. How good it tastes. Influencers everywhere eating it out the jar like it's applesauce making yummy sounds. I fell for it. Ordered strawberry flavor. It's the dead of summer so when it arrived it was understandably warm, that would be my mistake. But I was so pumped to try it, I opened it up and took a dose right out the jar. I had to choke it down and run for a chaser. Good god this stuff tastes awful. It also had a very muted color pink to it whereas the ads show these brightly colored gels that look yummy. Then on top of that I noticed that when I post a comment on their socials talking of my experience, they delete the comment and make zero effort to troubleshoot. So it makes me wonder how many other people are falling for this SCAM, spending nearly 30 dollars on something that tastes SO awful. I dont even know how to describe that scent. I couldn't waste my money so I gagged about half the jar down over the next week bwfire i just couldn't do it anymore. So gross. I attempted to turn the gel into gummies using agar agar, I added strawberry puree to make it actually resemble its flavor. It still tastes horrible but it's easier to choke down. I decided to try the gummies instead. It seems to be a lower dose but theyre actually palatable. If you can have the chance to sample this stuff first,I highly recommend you do so before dropping money on this.

This is an updated review to my previous one. Tried different ways to get the best benefits from this product and found that using it in my smoothies, oatmeal or putting in applesauce helped a lot with the taste. Will use it for the rest of the month to see if I feel any different. It’s worth giving it a try! OMG, the taste is so nasty! It takes a required palette to stomach this; it might have some amazing benefits, but you have to get past the texture first. Sad that there is no refund because the item is a little pricey!

Couldn’t get with the taste. It was horrible. I just could not get with the taste of the CMOS. I kept it, but I would never purchase it again.
