Hi do they already have prescription in them?

Hi, no, they don't have prescription in them.

Do lenses pop out easily to replace with prescription lenses?

I really am not sure. We bought these for my son, after an eye surgery, to protect his eyes. When he needed prescription lenses, we just bought new frames at the eye doctor. Sorry
