I bought this heat pad for my mam who has hurt her neck ,she's says its lovely and has definitely helped her ,it has a lovely soft cover so it comfortable to use

This heat pad has a nice velour type outer cover that looks smart and feels very soft to touch. There is a small instruction card for guarantee registration and I think it had useage instructions on too, but as these are on the label on the item, I did not keep the card. I do not have a microwave with a turntable, nor does it heat over 900 w so I put the folded pad on a dish and heated at maximum for 1 minute then I re-folded it and heated it for another minute. The pad was nicely warm, not too hot and felt cosy to use. There is a smell from the beads/seeds inside but it is not nasty, just something I am aware of. Maybe it will go with use. The inside is a material bag, the same colour as the outer. The outer is pretty much like a pillow closure. I got the pad for help with a shoulder injury and it does sit well on my shoulder due to its' weight. It is not heavy and the weight is pretty evenly distributed. It's quite comforting and although I do still have pain, it's nice to use to reduce it from time to time. I have also tried it on other areas and it's good on them too. I've only had it a week so have no knowledge of its' longevity but I think it's a good item at the current price of £9.99

Heats ipnicely in the time stated in instructions and lasts for about 20 minutes. I've used this twice a day for my hamstring and it's working!

So far seems to be a good heat Pad, warms up well and fits nicely across my shoulders!

Nice looking heatable pad. Doesn’t retain heat for much longer than 20 mins and does feel slightly sweaty once heated. Good value for money. Smells slightly odd

We have used various wheat bags for some years - this is the first time we have found one with a washable cover (what we have always thought they should have). Used against your body, certainly makes them need cleaning. Well packed, quickly delivered, and good instructions. I chose a grey one, as choosing another colour was not clearly indicated on the website. Is this really a Wheatbag (like others). The contents list doesn't say this, but the pictures lead you believe this! Yet to use.

Better than other heat pads as the material is soft to the skin and very comfortable and it works very well, The size is great as it can reach most areas of pain easily. thank you
