This stuff is expensive but worth it. I sleep very well for someone who struggles with sleep. My partner noticed that I'm more calm when I take it, usually within minutes. I've taken it first thing in the day at my workplace. It's high stress but I feel stable and enough energy to get through the day with caffeine and taking Adderall (ADHD meds). It tastes great too. I've tried the blue coconut and the dreamsicle. They are so yummy. I highly recommend!

I love this product it truly has been helpful. I have told several people about it. It has helped their anxiety and getting better sleep at night. The coconut is a bit strong for me or rather a little more sugary than I would like. I plan to try the others for sure. It certainly gives you energy. I liked the taste of the pina colada taste good I’ll see about the other flavors. It mixes well in water just a few shakes and you’re good to go.

I do not like the flavor, but i don't like blue raspberry so I assumed that would happen. I tried it out of curiosity bc my wife likes it. The flavor I imagine is good if you pick a flavor you like. I'm excited to try lemon lime. Even though I don't like this flavor I use it when I'm tense or struggling to sleep because it does work very well to calm you and doesn't taste bad enough to not drink even with the odd flavor choice for me.

As someone that has had in problem with insomnia for decades, I was skeptical about trying this, but also desperate for sleep. To clarify, this is NOT a sleep aid is a CALMING drink mix. And what I found is that I did feel more “comfortable“ getting into bed within an hour i’m drinking 18 ounce glass of this. And it actually helped me fall asleep faster because I was more comfortable, a little more calm perhaps? The consistency after mixed into the water was smooth, I could not tell there was any powder in the mixture. So its mixability is 100%. It tasted really good, with its “blue coconut“ stated flavor. I was expecting to taste some of the coconut flavor, which I unfortunately did not. I tasted more of the “blue“ which was more on the blue raspberry flavoring, which is not too bad in an of itself. I do not feel that it affected my focus and neither a positive nor negative way, but as for its effectiveness, I do feel that it helped my bedtime routine as I did feel slightly more at ease as I drifted off to sleep. I will continue to take each packet in the next procession of nights to see if how well it actually benefits my sleep as that is the specific reason why I purchased this product.

Works amazing! Love the taste and super easy to mix! Isn’t clumpy, and is super smooth. I feel super calm, relaxed and ready for bed after using this! Haven’t noticed any negative side effects, I feel very refreshed the morning after drinking it!!

It had a great taste and was easily mixed into the water without any grit or residue leftover. Day one I was sleeping better. By end of the month I could tell the difference in my sleep, stress etc

Pros: this is my go to when traveling, as it helps keep me regular and also helps me sleep. Usually my system is disrupted when I travel but this keeps me comfortable. I feel it does help with bloating as well. Dissolves easily. Great flavors (tangerine is my fav) Cons: I’m sleepy the next day and am more likely to need a nap. Sometimes I get headaches ( it’s either the aswaghanda or vit D) . I struggle to supplement D so would like to take this more regularly but the citric acid gives me pause, as it’s not generally good for you. I understand they add for flavor. I prefer my supplements to be wholly healthy rather than tasty but that’s just me. I found that if I take regularly , it has a reverse effect and my sleep is more disrupted. The vivid dreams is because of the ashwaghanda for those who don’t know. I don’t personally mind vivid dreams. Overall I like to keep on hand for anytime I take trips, or to take occasionally if my digestive system is needing a little help. I have a lot of food sensitivities and my system is easily disrupted.
