I purchased this driver top replacement seat cover and I am very pleased with it. The cover fits my 2008 vehicle perfectly. It was easy to put on and it matches my beige color perfectly. The quality is good.

No, it only fits for 2008-2012 honda accord

The plastic latch that opens the console is broken on mine. The pictures just seem to show it without a latch. Is this just a leather cushion peice?

The latch is a separate piece. Do not buy the console cover if you only need the latch. The latch is part of the piece that the console cover screws on to.
