5 Stars! It tastes great, and does not give me that crash that I always felt after my coffee. I gave up coffee completely and am now taking only Energy & Focus. I definitely would recommend!

The ingredients on this thing are good. They’re all registered blends so you know you’ll be getting high quality stuff but the flavor has suffered a lot due to that. This taste awful. There’s a bit of the lychee flavor there but it’s mostly overpowered by everything else. Very bitter. I will probably stay away from this

I don’t usually go in for energy drinks of any kind, but was interested in trying this one. If you’re into caffeine, this particular drink has 250mf in a single 8-ounce serving. Just for comparison, there’s only 95mg in a regular cup of coffee. There’s a fairly broad variety of mushroom powders included in the mix. I’m seeing the usual suspects here that I see in mushroom coffees. The flavor is actually very good, but for those who are into healthy living, take a pass. This one has sucralose and some artificial flavors. There’s no sourcing given for the ingredients, however, they do claim the caffeine is from an organic coffee. Not enough information here to warrant the hefty price of just under $40.

Although I was somewhat skeptical about another "energy and focus" supplement, I decided to give this one a try. To my surprise, this one actually works. I put one scoopful in 8 oz. of water (as suggested). The directions say to drink this within a 30-minute time frame. I literally chugged mine. The flavor was amazing. It was a sweet/fruity flavor that went down easily, and I enjoyed it. Although I have never had anything with a lychee flavor, I can attest that it really tastes nice and not processed nor fake. Within about 20 minutes, I (no joke) felt an energy and mental boost combined with a dopamine surge that was noticeable. Looking at the ingredients, this has some nootropic benefits. The L-Tyrosine, ALCAR, mushroom blend, and Citicoline gave me that mental boost which was, without a doubt, obvious. The caffeine and teacrine gave me a really great energy boost. It didn't give me the jitters. This will give me 20 servings, according to the package. It equals out to less than $1.50 per serving, which to me is well worth it. This is the real deal. It works for me. I like reviewing items like this which actually do what they are supposed to do.

There's a slight taste - not horrible, but different. Not too sweet. It is easy to take and convenient. I am still getting use to the caffeine intake. I think the jitters is dependent on the person - if you are sensitive to caffeine maybe take half. Overall, it keeps me up and going and easy to take on the go.
