Works great on PVC garage floor tiles
I've got PVC garage floor tiles and normally to clean up after I've been working on the car or it has been in and out a few times I have to get on my hands and knees and scrub with soap and water, then dry it off with a towel or mop which is very tiring and takes a long time. With this I just put water in it, run it over the floor, empty and rinse it and the job is done. It's incredible. It even got out oil marks and rubber marks from the tyres.

Excellent
Great value for money. Very efficient saves time as it Hoover's and steams in one. Quite light. Really easy to clean.

An excellent choice for everyday reliable cleaning
I researched a lot to look for a floor cleaner that: 1. Used steam 2. Didn’t roll the dirt around somewhere else and had suction 3. Was easy to get out without it being a long chore 4. Had a scourer type head rather than microfibre This Shark cleaner did all the above. Initially I was looking for something that also would be strong enough to lift tile haze but have realised that none will do that. I use it daily, the cord is long enough to be able to work in two rooms from the same plug. It picks up any small debris and sections it off for later disposal so you don’t have to stop mid clean. So far happy with the finish it provides and it dries very quickly.

Easy to use and light weight
Game changer for me. Easy to use, does the job quickly. Light weight. Comes apart for easy cleaning. Good cord length. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a steam cleaner for vinyl and laminate floors.

Mop
Really good mop- dries and cleans picks up. Takes up less space than a mop and bucket.

Returned after one use
Feels sturdy and well made, picks up debris well, all goes into its stand tidy and is easy to use and setup, but that's about it. Biggest problem is the rubber squeegee underneath, constantly getting caught in groutlines and folding underneath itself. Didn't realise how small the roller was and how slow if rolls, meaning it'll take me twice as long as other electric mops I've had. The biggest thing though is that it doesn't clean very well at all, leaves smear marks and doesn't touch stuck on debris even after leaving it on them and trying different angles. There's a reason this is a high return item. Good luck making a decision but I wouldn't bother unless you have a small floor plan

Love it
I’m so pleased I bought this,I had purchased a shark hoover as well ( that I’m really disappointed with) but this is fantastic,I can’t believe how much dirt it lifts just with using water,as directed I only use water but I have sprayed on the floor some dettol but that was more for fragrance than anything else,it’s very lightweight so easy for elderly people and dries the floors very quickly,I’ve thrown out all my other mops, and I would say it’s very good value for money,im so pleased with it
