I actually did end up buying the Souper Cubes individual casserole dish later on (it was around $30 and I couldn’t really find a good alternative for that specific item), and these trays pair perfectly with it. The frozen portions fit the casserole dish size so well, which made me even happier that I chose these instead of the pricier brand trays. They're cheaper than the brand name cubes, but they work perfectly and it's such a game-changer for storing food and making healthy freezer meals. In a busy family and with a hectic ever-changing schedule, it can be easy to forget something in the fridge then it goes bad and that's so wasteful. With these trays, I just freeze everything that's more than a few days old, unmold it and put it into bags, and then eat it whenever I want.
