I also tried as a replacement for breakfast which I've found as the most effective time for me. I wouldn't recommend skipping meals for the sake of it but if you have any issues around this topic would certainly recommend trying Huel. For me it's knowing all of the vitamins packed into one drink (that I'm probably not going to get elsewhere), makes this a healthy and informed purchase. It might sound expensive at just over three quid a bottle but consider your personal circumstances and how it might benefit you, you might be pleasantly surprised.
