Aagaro Royal Mob cum vacuum is working fine. I have used it three or four times. It functions. Well you do not have to go through your floor twice once grooming and then sweeping. Instead it does the entire work once it has two tanks. One tank contains freshwater and the other one collects dirty water. Demonstration support was also given bye a very helpful person, Sumita .She demonstrated the working of the product over WhatsApp video. Any doubts which I had regarding the machine was clarified efficiently by her. I do not know how the machine will perform after two years, but as of now it is working very well. It is easy to use and easy to clean. My only concern is that a single roller has been provided. Other than that I do not find any con in the product

It is not working after the 2 months of purchasing the products. I called to customer care they asked me to send an email to company. I sent an email but they didn't reply. This a total waste product for me. Waiting for company's reply.

This product from Agaro is very good.Its easy to understand and use.No need of brooming and mopping separately, it does the work in one go.Ms Sudipa gave me the virtual demo.She explained all its functionalities very well.She is sweet and patient.She listened all my queries calmly and explained how to resolve the issue.

Today was a virtual demo of this machine in which Madam Sudipa explained all the functionalities to me very well.In which I had the best experience in the mode functionality, I came to know when to use which mode!Second, I felt that the water in the tank should be used in the same way. So that the life cycle of the machine runs well.Third, I felt that when an error occurs in the machine, which places are necessary to check the mains and how to check it, Madam also explained to me well.Fourth, I felt that the dirty water tank should be kept up to the max, if the dirty water goes above the max, then empty the tank immediately, otherwise an error may occur in the life cycle of the machine.Fifth, I felt that if I want to use a floor cleaner from another company, I should use one that has fewer bubbles so that the max level of the dirty tank of the machine is maintained. If there are more bubbles, then there is less water in the dirty tank and if there are more bubbles, then there is a possibility of an error in the machine.Next, I felt that when using the self-cleaning mode, there must be water in the water tank, so it is necessary to check the water tank specifically. If there is no water, then it is necessary to fill it with water.Overall, Madam explained all the queries that I had in my mind in the demo, so all my queries were also solved.I liked Madam's nature bow!She shared her 100% experience with me, which I enjoyed very much.Last time I had a product related query in which I did not get the warranty card, then Madam helped me in that too and asked me to process it so that I would get the warranty card soon and promised that if I get the card, it would be resolved.And if I have any query in the future, Madam told me to call or SMS the customer care and the query would be resolved.Thank you very much Madam!!She shared so much information with me and cleared my doubts.Thank you so much Madam. 🙏🤩

The media could not be loaded. Started leaking on day 2. Water tank fully empties onto charging connection area. Customer service contacted, they asked for video, then disappeared without any update after that. While it worked for a day it was useful. After the leaking it makes more mess than cleaning up. The build quality is so bad that it seems to have some internal breakage with normal use. The leakage is faster than what the vacuum can suck up so its not even something I can live with. Still waiting for customer support to do something about it.[Review Update] - After a long back and forth with the support team, I got shipped a part to replace which turned out to be the wrong part. Got assigned a tech person who was too far outside the city to visit so I was asked to try to open and replace it myself. Then sent pics to the tech of the actual broken part (Broken water sensor - which broken most likely during factory assembly as this is not a moving part inside the vacuum). Got sent the correct part and again asked to replace it myself. With a bit of difficulty I managed to replace it and the device is now working and not leaking anymore.I update this review and rating as the device itself is good (apart from me receiving a faulty one) but this rating might help others in their decision making AND get the attention of the Agaro Management to fix their support process. They can't have a product catalog this huge and not have the proper staff across major cities to support customers.

Service very poor and spare not available from last one month asked me to call after a month for spare part and the clean water tank cracked with in 3 months

This product is absolutely usefull for mopping and cleaning in few minutes value for money Sudipa explained me all functions very well I satisfied with product and demo also
