Product Review / Message to Seller – Indus Valley Hair ColorI have been a regular user of Indus Valley Hair Color, primarily because I am allergic to most other hair color products available in the market. This brand has been comparatively safer for me, which is why I have continued to purchase it despite its premium pricing.Unfortunately, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I purchased two boxes of this product in July and August. Each box contains two packets with two sachets each. In both boxes, the first packet was in perfect condition, but the second packet in each had visibly altered in color and consistency, indicating a clear degradation of quality.I reside in Bangalore, where the climate is cool and moderate. The products were stored safely in a closed cupboard, away from any sunlight, moisture, or heat. Hence, there is absolutely no question of mishandling or improper storage from my end. This points to a lapse in quality control during manufacturing or packaging.What concerns me further is that the expiry dates printed on the boxes are 2026 and 2027, which means the product should still be in excellent condition. A product with such a long remaining shelf life should not exhibit signs of deterioration. Considering that Indus Valley positions itself as a premium, natural, and safe brand, this experience is unacceptable.I have already reported this issue to Amazon customer care, but I wish to emphasize the seriousness of this matter. As a loyal user who depends on this product due to medical sensitivities, I expect the brand to uphold its quality standards. I request that my next order be replaced with a fresh and thoroughly inspected batch to ensure safety and authenticity.If the quality issues persist, it would be unjustifiable for me to continue investing in a product that fails to maintain its promised standards. This new hair dye is not as good as the previous one. When I mis it bubbles appear,Even after washing, I can still see white hair ,and the colour lasts only for 2 days after that my hair turns white again. It’s very expensive also.

We were searching for no ammonia no ppd hair colour that works on hrey hair!!finally we got it!It's easy to prepare and also apply.They will also provide shampoo and hair spa cream which will make hair soft and shining after dye which we won't usually get..

It's leaves colour on scalp, please give me a solution for it😞 I've accumulated a lot of hair colour brushes and mixing trays instead of giving all these things every time in a box please 😞increase the quantity of hair colour.
