Good Performance EV Scooter
Excellent electric scooter for daily use with 100km real range. Safest LFP battery, fast charging time 3.5hrs and very good pickup. Overall the scooter is good for daily use, but need some improvement with features. Having 7" TFT cluster without smart features is doesn't make any sense.Expecting some good smart features improvement in ampere Connect app like find my scooter, auto hold, etc. so that scooter can compete with Ather

Pathetic vehicle Service do not buy this product no customer service... once you buy this product no after sales service. Suspension is not good. when I was driving the vehicle I got back pain after 30 km. Also, mileage is 70 km per charge at 45 km speed. If I raise speed suddenly mileage drops.I bought this Ampere Nexus ST in Chennai, after buying this scooter there has been no any proper response from the dealer and Ampere customer support regarding your queries. They won't give any proper documentation like insurance copy and service details. Poor dealer response and attitude. They treat customers badly. Be careful before choosing this brand. Take it at your own risk.

Nice electric Scooter
Ampere Magnus is a great option if you want an affordable EV scooter. The seat is comfortable, storage space is useful, and the scooter is easy to handle in traffic. Charging time is also reasonable. This bike is highly recommended for families.

Very bad service and poor quality
My 8 months ownership experince with the scooter. The product is of bad quality. First the charger stopped working in the service centre during 1st service. After repeatative call, new charger arrived. Now the scooter stopped working in the service centre again while updating the software. It is lying in the service centre for 2 weeks, no proper resolution. Very poor service from Ampere. My suggestion don't buy this scooter because of the service. Range is only 70-80 km.
