I bought these because I read that enteric-coated peppermint oil reaches the gut more reliably. They did help a bit but I actually found that the non-enteric coated capsules have a larger amount of peppermint oil in them and so help me more. I also thought these were quite expensive for what they are although you do get quite a lot of them.
