I like my thermos like one with a temp probe, but this is much roomier and easy to pack. Seems to stay cold.

Excellent. I am Canadian. I flew from Alberta to Lisbon- then a 4 hour drive to our house. This product kept my medication cool enough after all this travel. I loved it. For reference my travel time was about 15 hours plus wait times etc…

Purchased Cherries color: Like the quality of the case zipper and compact design. When received thought wow this is not holding multiple sized sharps, cotton balls, syringes, vials of medicine, bandages, and little extras but it does. Will use for everyday and travel. Pleasantly surprised.. 5stars *Note I took the ice packs out bc not really using it for medical supplies that need to be kept chilled but it is insulated.
