Review: Easy to Use and great Customer Service - This is a great food saver. It is small and easy to use. Does everything it's supposed to do with ease. We always freeze the moist items before sealing and it does a great job. We liked it so much we bought a second one for another location. Use them both at least monthly. We had a problem with one of the sealers and we reached out to customer service. They handled the situation quickly and satisfactorily. Their customer service is top notch as is their product. Looking forward to using these sealers for years to come.
Review: Good machine. Great customer service. - I was going to give this a 3 because the machine I got was acting up, the “canister” mode activates without me pressing it and it can’t be stopped, so I’d need to unplug the machine before trying again. I’d have to do it 2-3 times before I can actually finish a vac seal. I unfortunately realized too late that my return window has closed. So I decided to reach out directly to the seller and they guided me through a thorough troubleshooting process. As that didn’t fix the problem they offered to send me a new machine, free of charge. So I’m keeping it at 5 stars because other than the problem with the canister mode, the vac seal is very strong and the process is straight forward and simple to do. It’s also not so bulky so it’s easy to stow away. It also has enough baggies (+ a roll) to try it out, plus the canister accessories/baggies as well.

This is a great food saver. It is small and easy to use. Does everything it's supposed to do with ease. We always freeze the moist items before sealing and it does a great job. I was going to give this a 3 because the machine I got was acting up, the “canister” mode activates without me pressing it and it can’t be stopped, so I’d need to unplug the machine before trying again. I’d have to do it 2-3 times before I can actually finish a vac seal. I unfortunately realized too late that my return window has closed. So I decided to reach out directly to the seller and they guided me through a thorough troubleshooting process. As that didn’t fix the problem they offered to send me a new machine, free of charge. So I’m keeping it at 5 stars because other than the problem with the canister mode, the vac seal is very strong and the process is straight forward and simple to do. It’s also not so bulky so it’s easy to stow away. It also has enough baggies (+ a roll) to try it out, plus the canister accessories/baggies as well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good vacuum sealer but bad instructions

I was hesitant on purchasing this vacuum sealer due to the many reviews of it not working, but decided to purchase anyways due to the price being great after discounted. Glad to say that I bought it as it has been doing well for me. For me, I'd say that it does a better job vacuum sealing dried/frozen things vs fresh/thawed meats as there's always a bit of air left inside when vacuuming meat that isn't frozen, so that's something to consider if you're thinking of purchasing it. Reason why I took away one star is because of the terrible instructions. Now the instructions are not exactly bad. They provide visuals and written instructions that are simple to read. The reason why they're bad is because the visuals/instructions don't describe putting the bags over the 3 lines that are protruding upwards in the area where you leave your bag to get it vacuumed. This, I kept on putting the bag in the area before the 3 lines and then trying to vacuum seal the bag because that's what it looks like in their instructions. The bags won't vacuum seal if you do it this way and it drove me nuts trying to figure out why it wasn't working. Just when I thought about returning it, I put the bag over the 3 lines and it started vacuum sealing. Overall, it works and does a good job. They just need to update their instructions and visuals.
