great product. stays cold for a good long time. fits awesome and stays put even if you get up and walk around. Has helped with the knee pain alot.

I just had a knee replacement and had to put ice packs on top of knee and then move it underneath to the bottom. Forty minutes for each icing. So I bought the 2 pack of these and put one under the knee and one on top, strapped them on and they dont move. I can walk in it. Now it takes me 20 minutes instead of 40. They are snug and super cold. I love these.

This works fairly well for icing an injured knee and I like being able to secure it with the velcro straps so I can lie down or stand and my hands are free. It covers a generous area above and below the knee and the top is labeled. The Con is the fabric/felt side is on the outside and since it has thick seams that side can’t be used against your skin. The other side is slick and super cold when you take it out of your freezer and I have to use a thin bar towel underneath so the coldness isn’t so shocking but often a regular hand or kitchen towel is too thick to feel enough coolness on the injury. I wish they would’ve sewn it the opposite way or made it reversible. I didn’t time it but it stays cold for the recommended 20 minutes at least then you can pop it back in your freezer for the next round.

This is a great gel knee brace that can be put in the freezer and the microwave. It has provided my messed up knew much relief. It retain the cold and the heat for a long period of time. It fits very well on the knee. I am very p,eased with this purchase.

This knee ice bag works perfectly, it cuddles around the knee to keep the entire joint chilled. I bought it for a friend who just had a total knee replacement and she was thrilled to death!

This is so nice to have while recovering from knee injury/surgery. It gets VERY cold and can’t out directly put it against my skin, but a light cloth remedies that. It’s very convenient when I have to be up on it and I am hurting, to just be able to strap this on and still get things done. The only thing I wish it had is ice around the back of the knee as well. But I am not reducing the rating, because I knew this before purchase.
