No lifting cans in the desert
Works as described. Used for fueling off road car and rolling to fuel back yard generators. I find it a bit pricey splurge, but worth it.

Internal diaphragm ripped and leaks gas’s out of hand pump trigger when in use
It worked great for a couple uses but the internal rubber diaphragm in the hand pump ripped on its own and started squirting fuel out of the trigger area on the hand pump feel like the hand pump is cheaply made and can’t find replacement parts without having to buy a whole new hose and hand pump assembly when the only thing wrong is a small rubber diaphragm so all in all it sucks

The Cap - Venting, pressure, and stress
Pressure issues, vented cap. Gasoline turns from a liquid to a vapor when it gets warm.. vapor needs more room then liquid so if it’s trapped it builds pressure. The cap (the new design with the red diaphragm) has an auto vent.. however, it is only designed to vent air into the tank that way you can pump gas without a vapor lock issue. It is not for venting the excess pressure of gasoline vapor that accumulates. I called the manufacturer spoke to a nice lady in Canada and she emailed the techs. Although not rocket science ( poor analogy, I guess it could be if things go bad) this was all confirmed though them. Next question was okay what pressure is your tank rated for? Answer was it was tested to 20 psi. They did a study and found that they only saw a max pressure of 9 psi when the can was in full sun. Obviously lots of questions.. what temp, how much gas was in it, and so on. Since she didn’t engineer the tank I didn’t press. What I can say is during storage you can just flip that red diaphragm to the other side and that way the vapor vents. I’m sure the EPA would not approve of that however, no one really likes a pressurized fuel tank sitting next to their favorite toys. Options, 1. Trust the engineers and do nothing about the can and drink beer for anxiety. 2. Buy a new cap that vents both ways 3. “Self vent”

Consider using it for your boat dock
It works just as described. I would certainly buy again for any other purpose I might have.

READ ALL REVIEWS !
Read all reviews !!! This should be refundable for sure. Wrong size pump, poorly placed outlet line from pump, fuel line connections are crap and leak at times, pump nose cover broke off first time using it, power supply option should have come with this EXPENSIVE unit, Batteries do not last long at all, Battery pack area not sealed, No way to see level in tank when filling upright, fill cap poorly placed and leaks out as fuel splashes, Pump will not prime if handle is above fuel level after refilling. Unbelievable price for such a poorly designed unit. I want a refund !

Great tank but could use a few improvements
Tank works great, pump works great. I love having this but it has two big flaws 1. The 'Self Breathing Cap" just does not work and I have to leave this partially open for the fumes to escape 2. It really needs a handle at the bottom molded into the plastic. Its very hard to pick it up and put it into a truck bed by yourself because there is nothing at the bottom to hold on to other than the pump.

Wheels are better deals
Easy to wheel out to dock and even easier to fill the boat fast and efficiently!

This item is dangerous and it should not be sold in the United States
This product gets zero stars, the design of this product makes it impossible to stand it up without kinking or breaking the hose. The handle is flimsy. overall it’s it’s dangerous and very unsafe. they made it look like you were getting a power supply also and that never came. now they refuse to take it back. Don’t waste your money walk away from this company there product is crap and if this product starts leaking gas, and if something happens like a fire, they’re in for some lawsuit this is why you can’t be a Brick + Mortar store where you can actually go and see the product handle the product and knowing what you’re buying. again stay away from this company
