Fits perfectly in GoRuck plate carrier. The plates are lubricated and leave an oily feeling on your hands. Iโm sure this is to prevent rusting during storage. They also rub together in the plate carrier and it wears off the black coating pretty easily. This is what you can expect from a cheap alternative. They get the job done.

Ordered these to fit in Go Wild rucksack. They fit and are good quality. I didn't weight them like some maniac so I can't tell you if they are 0.004 pounds heavy or light. They did what they should do for me.
