Well thought through lifting grips
Versa Grips are well known for producing high quality grips in the weightlifting/bodybuilding world. Having used various grips and straps these are the key points about the Versa grips. Positives (1) The overall build quality is excellent. Different materials are used for separate parts of the grip and the selection of these has been well thought through (mostly). The strap itself is a synthetic material with no stretch, the Velcro fastening provides holds under load and the padding is in the right place. Overall this provides a secure connection to your wrist and isn't too uncomfortable with heavy loads. Some discomfort is always expected. (2) The pad that goes across your palm is very cleverly designed and lower budget options miss this key element. The shape means that a section is cut out on the thumb side of the grip while the other side is straight which helps keep the pad flat against the bar and improves grip security. Cheaper options usually just have a long piece of material with no consideration of shape. (3) The pad is made of a plastic/rubber material which maintains good friction with a barbell. It's not the most flexible and takes a bit of getting used to. (4) When used properly it does allow you to lift more if grip is your limiting factor and if it isn't it lets you focus more on the pulling muscles as opposed to just holding onto the bar. If you've never used a grip it's a real game changer on back training. (5) Product looks like the images e.g. colour. Negatives (1) The obvious one, they're not cheap. (2) I've found that while the material is very good at gripping a barbell or knurled metal, it's not so good against plastic/rubber on some equipment e.g. pull up bars (that aren't metal), lat pull down etc. The grip is also reduced if they get wet with sweat etc...wipe before use. Neutral (1) They're not a replacement for straps on very heavy loads. (2) Unlike some other grips, there's not enough material on the pad to fully wrap around a barbell, pull up bar etc and lock under itself to self tighten. Works more like a hook. This is down to personal preference as to which you prefer.

Great brand, quality materials and very well made!
**What I Loved:** * **Superior Grip and Support:** The standout feature is undoubtedly the exceptional grip. The material is incredibly sticky, locking onto the bar and minimizing grip fatigue. This allows you to focus on the target muscle and push through heavier sets, especially on exercises like deadlifts, pull-ups, and rows. The wrist support is also excellent, stabilizing the joint and reducing strain. * **Specifically Designed for Women:** The XS size is a game-changer. Many generic straps are too bulky for smaller wrists, leading to discomfort and inefficiency. The Fit Pro XS is perfectly proportioned, providing a secure and comfortable fit without restricting movement. This tailored fit is a huge advantage. * **High-Quality Construction (Made in the USA):** The 'Made in the USA' label inspires confidence in the quality and durability of these grips. The materials feel premium, the stitching is robust, and they're clearly built to withstand the rigors of intense training. You can tell these are an investment that will last. * **Peach Bellini Color:** While functionality is paramount, the Peach Bellini color is a fun and stylish bonus. It's a refreshing alternative to the standard black and adds a touch of personality to your gym gear. * **Quick Release and Ease of Use:** The extended grip design allows for a quick and easy release from the bar, which is crucial during heavy sets or when working with a spotter. The transition between exercises is seamless. * **Versatility:** These grips aren't just for weightlifting. They're suitable for a wide range of exercises, including CrossFit, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and even some calisthenics. **Potential Drawbacks:** * **Price Point:** Versa Gripps are definitely an investment. They are more expensive than basic lifting straps. However, considering the quality, durability, and performance benefits, it's arguably a worthwhile investment for serious athletes. * **Learning Curve:** There's a slight learning curve to getting the grip positioned correctly on the bar. It might take a few sessions to find the sweet spot for optimal grip and comfort. **Overall:** The Versa Gripps® Fit Pro in Peach Bellini (XS) are a fantastic training tool for female athletes looking to improve their grip strength, increase their lifting capacity, and protect their wrists. The tailored fit, superior grip, and high-quality construction make them a top-tier choice. While they're an investment, the performance benefits and long-term durability make them a worthwhile addition to any serious lifter's gym bag. If you're a woman who's serious about strength training, these are definitely worth considering. Highly recommended! **Rating: 5 Stars**

Versa Gripps® Fit Pro Wrist Straps
I ordered these wrist straps as I was invited to review a pair. I have previously used the type of strap that you wrap around your wrists and then the bar to help with deadlifts and was curious to see how these differed. The straps I ordered were an xs. I have average size hands I would say so neither small not large. The straps fitted me fine. The grip area can be used over or under what you are gripping. I thought at first I would prefer under the bar on my palm but actually using with just covering my fingers worked ok too. Its a different experience certainly but good too. But this is perhaps aimed at serious ie heavy lifters as uts pretty expensive and my £10 straps work just as well for me.

Wrist Straps for Female Athlete
Wrist Straps for Female Athlete XS. Made in the USA for pull push use. They do have a very large price tag at a whopping 76 quid though. They are an updated design, still I can't get over its price tag, although you may disagree.

They’ve definitely helped me
As an amateur weightlifter, I've tried various accessories to improve my training, but the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro in Peach Bellini have truly made a significant difference in my experience. From the moment I unboxed them, I was impressed with the quality and design. 🍑Firstly, the color is just delightful! The Peach Bellini hue is fun and vibrant, which makes me feel a little more motivated to hit the gym. But what I love most is how specifically designed they are for female athletes; you can really feel the difference in the fit and comfort. 💪When I first used them during my lifting sessions, I was amazed at how much better my grip felt. These straps provide excellent support and stability, allowing me to focus on my form without worrying about my grip slipping. This is especially important for me because I often struggle with grip strength during heavy lifts like deadlifts and overhead presses. The Versa Gripps helped me lift more confidently, and I noticed an immediate improvement in my performance. 📏The XS size fits me perfectly, which is sometimes hard to find in workout gear my hands are really small. They feel snug but not restrictive, which is essential since I need full range of motion. The material is durable yet soft, so I didn’t experience any discomfort even during longer sessions. Plus, they’re super easy to put on and take off, which is a bonus when you’re in the middle of a workout. 🥰I highly recommend giving the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro a try. They’ve definitely helped me take my training to the next level, and I’m excited to see how much more I can achieve with their support!

Good quality but pricey.
These wrist straps feel solid and provide great grip, especially when lifting heavier weights. The non-slip material gives good control, and the foam padding is softer than expected, making them more comfortable for longer sessions. The extended length is also useful for extra support during bigger lifts. That said, they’re a bit pricey for what they are. The quality is definitely there, but if you’re not lifting regularly or don’t need the extra features, you might find them a bit much. Also, they’re better suited for smaller wrists, so if yours are on the larger side, these might not fit as well. These straps do the job well, but you’re paying for that extra comfort and durability. Worth considering if you lift often and want something more comfortable, but maybe not necessary for casual gym-goers.

Stylish and Supportive Wrist Straps – A Must-Have for Strength Training
These Versa Gripps Fit Pro wrist straps are a game-changer for weightlifting! From the moment I put them on, I could tell they were made with quality materials. The Peach Bellini color is absolutely gorgeous, making them not only functional but also stylish in the gym. The fit in size XS is perfect for smaller wrists, providing a snug yet comfortable grip without feeling too tight. The design is incredibly well thought out, offering strong wrist support while making it easier to maintain a secure grip on heavier weights. I’ve used other lifting straps before, but these are by far the most comfortable and effective. The quick-release feature is super convenient, allowing for smooth transitions between sets without any hassle. What I love most is how they reduce forearm fatigue, letting me focus more on my form and strength rather than worrying about my grip slipping. Whether I’m doing deadlifts, rows, or pull-ups, these straps give me that extra confidence to push harder without straining my hands. The durability is impressive as well—after several intense workouts, they still look and feel as good as new. They’re definitely a worthwhile investment for any female athlete looking to improve their lifting experience. I highly recommend them for anyone serious about weight training!

These Versa Gripps Fit Pro wrist straps are durable, comfortable, and supportive. They arrive in secure and sealed packaging. The combination of wrist support and grip assistance makes them a practical choice for weightlifting, bodybuilding, or general strength training. Bottom Line: Good grip, comfort, but pricey and sized for smaller wrists.
I recently tested out the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro, and here's a breakdown of its features to save you scrolling through a book of details and my experience using it: The Good Stuff: I found the grip to be longer, which gave me more control when lifting. The foam was softer by 20%, making it comfy during workouts. The webbing felt better than before, lessening hand tiredness. The peach bellini color was trendy and matched well with my gym gear. The tech used in these straps made them perform well. Opportunities: The straps were a bit pricey, but considering the quality, it might be worth it. They're only for smaller wrists, so if you're on the larger side, you might not be able to use them. Bottom Line: Good grip, comfort, but pricey and sized for smaller wrists.

Best weight lifting straps on the market, hands down!
I lift weights on a fairly regular basis and find myself lifting heavier weights over time. After a session of weights, I’m noticing callouses starting to develop on the palms of my hands, which I’m not a particular fan of. I’ve tried many other weight grips in the past but find that they either don’t fit my hand/wrist properly or they cause my weights to slip. I had no issues with the fit of these VersaGripps. I got my size by measuring my wrist with a flexible tape measurer. I have 5.5” circumference weights so I ended up getting the XS size, which fits perfectly. If you are in between sizes, I recommend sizing up because these tend to fit a bit small. I grab the weights without the flap and then use my fingers to tuck in the flap, locking the flap under the weights and protecting my palm. These did hurt my wrist initially because the material digs into my skin so you have to break them in. Overall, these are the best weight lifting wrist straps on the market. They are great for small hands and wrists and I highly recommend them!

Versa gripps are the best
These are amazing. Got these for my wife and they work so well. Not worth it to stop your workout because your hands and grip become the limiting factor and these are perfect for my wife. They grip so well, super versatile to use, and her wrists feel protected too. She also was worried about calluses in her hand, so these help with that as well.
