Great Detail and a Nice Addition to the Japan Historics Collection
The Prince Skyline GT from the Japan Historics 4 series is one of those Hot Wheels models that feels noticeably more special than a standard release. The proportions, paintwork, and small exterior details are very well done for a 1:64 scale car. The Real Riders tires make a big difference in both appearance and overall feel. The car has some weight to it, and the combination of the die-cast construction and realistic wheels makes it look great displayed alongside other Japanese classics. I especially like that Hot Wheels chose the Prince Skyline GT. It’s a less common model with an important place in Skyline history, so it adds some variety to a collection rather than being another version of the same popular JDM cars. The Premium price is obviously higher than a basic Hot Wheels car, but in this case the additional detailing and Real Riders justify it for me. A very nice collectible for Skyline, vintage Japanese car, or Hot Wheels Car Culture fans.
