Very disappointing, expected better from Hallmark
This arrived in a battered box as the packaging around it was completely insufficient, just a plastic bag, no box whatsoever. I sent an email to Hallmark via their website but received no reply. The first Christmas ornament that I ever bought was from a Hallmark shop in Croydon in the late 70’s, I still have it and it has always given me lovely memories of Hallmark but this has sadly put me off anything to do with Hallmark. I had bought Buddy for a small gift but I could not give it as a gift in that condition.
