Does this fit a stainless steel HydroJug?

Yes, the AcrTeker water bottle sleeve is suitable for most stainless steel insulated bottles. The material has elasticity and comes with a strap and shoulder strap for easy carrying.

The dimensions of our 128 oz water bottle sleeve are 10.51x6.3 inches, and it is designed to accommodate water bottles with a maximum diameter of 6.70 inches. Our 128 oz water bottle carrier bag is suitable for various bottle sizes, including the majority of 128 oz water bottles.

Would this hold two skinny bottles side by side? Does it stand upright with smaller than 64 oz? I am looking for a holder for 2 bottles side by side.

I think it would hold 2 small battles side by side. I haven’t tried it with a bottle less than 64 OZ but I think based on its being robust. I think it can.
