The workout bag is made from strong quality material. I have ordered memory chip pieces to fill the bag in with. The set comes complete with everything you need to provide a complete strong workout. The set comes with a durable but comfortable set of boxing gloves. The chains and hardware that are part of the set are made of strong material. It comes with a jump rope and exercise balls and a grip strength trainer. It is a great value. It looks to be so much fun a perfect size for for all. The top has a wide opening that will be easy to fill.

Very stable and easy to set up. Has to be filled but that’s not a problem! It’s so fun to play with. And very great price for what all it comes with!

Purchased this for my son in law and he finally reported back to me and said it was easier to set up than he had anticipated. Been a great workout for early mornings. Love that everything was included and didn’t need to purchase gloves separately.

This kit is a great way to start a beginner heavy bag cardio plan. The quality is good enough to get the hang of things without breaking the bank. I wouldn’t use it for kick boxing, but I’m sure it will hold up for boxing cardio. I filled it with shredded cedar from the pet store, and top it off as it packs down. It’s pretty solid and heavy now and retains its shape due to the density of the filling. The boxing gloves are functional, and the other items are nice to have.

This project began as a simple idea, get a punching bag. This quickly became far more challenging than I was anticipating. I feel like a blue collar worker now because of how much work I’ve put into this project. I will start with the positives: the quality of the products are fantastic. The bag material is nice, and the accessories are well made too and a fun bonus. The problems: - I anticipated having to get materials to fill the bag, but wasn’t aware of the 50 lb weight limit (not mentioned anywhere on the listing, except in the comments and in very tiny print on the instruction card) until I tried hanging it from the ceiling at 110lbs and it came crashing down. For the fill, I bought sand and created my own sandbags, then I bought rubber mulch to fill in some more, along with old clothes and stuffing fill. - The mount/anchors aren’t very good. I bought extra tools (drill bits, stud finder, etc) to properly install it, and ended up putting so many holes in my garage ceiling trying to get a suitable hold and nothing was working. I ended up having to buy a completely different mount from Amazon, and having to buy additional tools to get that one in. (*purchased ceiling mount pictured) - After 2 weeks, from the filling of the bag to installing the *different* ceiling mount, I was so excited it was finally up, until I realized how high up it is. For context, my ceiling is 9 feet tall, so the bag has 3.5 feet of extra floor to come lower. The bottom of the bag is up to my collarbone/chest. It’s a motivator to kick higher, but not realistic long term. I’m 5’2, so I am now waiting for a longer chain to be delivered. I did this project by myself, which as a 5’2 single woman, was a bit back breaking. Possible, but challenging. Consider additional hands when doing this project. If I was rating the set up, I’d give it 1-2 stars simply based on the install of the mount, and lack of instruction with fill weight limit. The quality is what saved this product. However, $59 quickly turned into $100+ for additional tools and fill needed for it. Be prepared for that.

Solid punching bag for home training. Feels sturdy once filled and good for boxing or kickboxing sessions. Gloves are decent for beginners too. Easy setup and great value for the price. Does exactly what you need it to do.

FANTASTIC!!! I extremely happy and satisfied with this purchase! The quality is beyond what I was expecting for the incredibly low price. TBH you spend more money on buying filler like sand or pellets. I saved money and simply used all my old sheets, blankets, towels and clothes to fill it up with. The extras like the hand and with ball and the handgrip are bonus fun! The gloves and hand wraps are also very excellent! Definitely recommend to everyone and anyone!

Great boxing bag , wish it came with a stand. Note that you have to fill it up yourself. It came with some cool accessories and the instructions were very clear. I use it a lot and it’s a great part of my every day activity it holds up really well. Make sure you have somewhere to put it and space for it. The boxing gloves are also good. Overall the boxing bag is excellent for the price especially with everything it comes with ! I recommend.
