I love this blood pressure cuff it's been so useful. Apart from being super cute, it's lightweight and pretty thin, it fits in my scrubs pocket if I need it to unlike other battery powered BP cuffs I've used. I've been using it for a few months now to take vitals and it's been very accurate. The heartrate is always accurate when compared to a pulse oximeter too. It's super easy to use and I love that it isn't super noisy, I recall it having a voice but that was able to be turned off. It's USB-C rechargeable which I think it extremely convenient. It's taken quite a few falls and a few beatings from patients with dementia, yet it still works great and doesn't look too beat up :D I was worried the mirror-like surface would get super scratched up at work but it looks really great after all these months 😳 The cuff itself has some pretty strong velcro I used to fight it a lot at first but it's gotten better, it would get a lot of lint and strings stuck in it but I was able to remove it pretty easily with some tweezers. I also love that it has light indicators, it shows you how much it's charging and shows the bar full to the red color once it's full and it also puts a light depending on the blood pressure reading which I think is really cool. I ended up ordering one for my family to use because of this since they can't remember the ranges for BP readings, seeing the green, orange, or red color next to their readings helps them understand if their blood pressure is in a good range or not very easily. Overall I really recommend this item it's been super convenient and easy to use. 🙏

So far, so good. Worked right out of the box, no charging needed{yet}..I like that it talks to you explaining about the results. PLUS..it's rechargeable, no batteries needed. Cuff is comfy. Seems like a quality product. Just like everything else..Time will tell..I think this one is going to be a great reliable Monitor.

This is fantastic! I had battery operated bp macines and the batteries constantly died. This electric rechargeable bo cuff is totally awesome! It came charged and ready to use out of the box! The readingscseem very accurate too. Plus it has a pleasant voice that reads the results! Highly recommended!

Update- 'week and a half review'....since being able to turn off the voice this BP monitor is working great. I'm going to leave it at 4 stars because IMO people give products 5 star reviews without giving them enough time to see if they're going to work or not....JMO.....it's only been a week and a half..... The instructions to turn the voice On or Off don't appear to work or it's the device itself. I've tried multiple times to turn it OFF and it never displays On & Of like the instructions say. Other than that it works OK. If I'm wrong and get it fixed I'll change my star count. UPDATE: I got it to work....my fault- I didn't understand how to "turn off" the device. Once I unplugged the monitor from the USB port it was "OFF" , not just the 'start/stop button....misunderstanding on my part I guess....

I'm very impressed with this device. It's small, light, quiet, and provides fast and repeatable measurements, even while wearing a lined sweatshirt over a T-shirt (they do advise to use a bare arm). I especially appreciate the built in rechargeable battery with USB charging. Given the large, bright display, the voice feature is unnecessary unless you have extreme vision impairment. The voice is loud and there's no volume control, so I immediately turned it off, and the device remembers that setting. To those who have reported that their results vary a lot between measurements, I suggest they read the instruction carefully. Blood pressure varies with the position of your body, improper cuff placement/fitting, the height of the cuff above/below the heart, recent intake of caffeine and nicotine, and other factors. In addition, repeated measurements within a short time can cause the blood to pool in the arm which can affect blood pressure. This is not an issue with the device; it is simply human physiology. To those who have reported that the device is wildly inaccurate, I suggest they check the unit setting. This device can report in mm Hg or kPa, and the unit indicator is small enough to go unnoticed if you're not looking for it. Also, check periodically that the cuff tube is pushed completely into the monitor. It slides out easily if you tug on it.

I’ve went through a lot of blood pressure cuffs and this is the best. It’s pretty accurate compared to my Doctor’s and easy to use. It’s real reliable and a great blood pressure monitor.

Due to medical concerns, I must take my blood pressure at least twice daily. In that respect I have blood pressure machines that operate on batteries. And plenty of them. Seems these machines eat batteries for breakfast and it’s not uncommon to go through 5 or 6 rather pricey batteries in any given month. So, I got this rechargeable unit to avoid the battery issue. Allegedly, this can get up to a week on a battery charge and it hasn’t seemed to go down yet in the 4 times I’ve used it, but I’ll keep tabs on it. Construction is solid, the display is nicely done, and I do appreciate it comes with an adjustable cuff for small to large arms (not two cuffs, just one adjustable). And, so far, it appears to be doing well, except for one nagging issue that I finally got an answer for - the voice prompts that sound out everything and even give a goodbye greeting when you shut it down. By the way, when I say it sounds out everything, I do mean everything! Both figures of your BP, the pulse rate, and even if you are normal, high normal or high. All in a female, British, accent. I found the voice narration a bit grating after a while and the instructions were somewhat vague on the topic, so I contacted the seller. All you have to do is press the Set button for 3 seconds and then press the Mem button to shut the sound off (or turn it back on). Easy peasy. As for accuracy, only time will tell but I will update my review if such is necessary. Even the best monitors are a few ticks off, but this one seems to be in line with other tests I’ve taken on other similar units. Like units with fewer features sell for much higher, so if you’re in the market for a BP monitor, this might just be the ticket.

Diastolic readings are all over the map. First reading is usually out of my normal range – I kind of know what to expect from visits to my doc. So, if the first reading is 20-30mg higher – or lower (both happen) than normal range I turn off the machine, remove and replace the cuff, plug it back into the monitor and take another reading. The 2nd and 3rd readings are typically (a) closer to my range and (b) close to each other. Because I measure the same time every day and log BP over time, I end up averaging the 2 or 3 readings from this machine almost every day. The average of these readings is "probably" somewhat accurate but the significant variation between them does not inspire confidence. It is annoying and a waste of my time to have to perform the measurement multiple times, then do math. Would be so nice to have confidence in each reading. The cuff is also very floppy. It's difficult to get the tube aligned in the center inside of the arm. Another annoyance – every reading includes grating narration of the proceedings, that can't be switched off. I don't need readings read to me, the numbers on the monitor are large and bright. The script for this narration is cheesy and verbose – "Attention! The measurement is starting. Relax. Do not move or talk." What's the point in this? Here's an idea: Hey monitor, why don't YOU "not talk?" The irritation from being subjected to recorded hectoring may just add a few mm to each reading. I don't need a BP meter that elevates my BP. I'm ordering an Omron. If that too disappoints I will note that as well. Things I do like about this unit: – Overall form factor is clean and size of the monitor is convenient. – The LCD display is well laid out, with large well illuminated numbers. – Variation in the systolic measurements is minimal. Diastolic readings are where the fluctuation is pronounced. – Good battery life – Heart rate measurements are consistent from reading to reading. These positives earned the device 3 stars rather than 2.
