Ship time was ahead of schedule. Fountain in perfect shape, all parts supplied (door and pump). Pump is very strong, adjustable for water flow. Frankly, I could have had this up and running in less than 5 minutes, but I had to rebuild the base and make sure it was level. Fountain holds LOTS of water, so no worries about running out. I'm betting refill won't be necessary for at least 3-4 weeks, even in the heat. Solid build, no leaks or cracks, and the paint job is well done, too. It is not very heavy, but with a tank of water, it's not blowing away or falling down. It looks exactly like the Amazon photo. Soothing water flow can be easily heard from 15-20ft away, which is exactly what we wanted. Was it a bit expensive? Sure, but I've had the cheap fountains and this one looks and works very nicely. We're very happy with this great buy.

What a magnificent fountain. One of its best features is the sliding small door in the back where you would put the water and slide it back closed. This will prevent a lot of debris from getting inside of the fountain. Water evaporation. It is beautiful in the day, and magnificent at night worth every penny.

This fountain came very quickly from Lamps Plus and it can also be purchased directly on their site for same price. I bought thru Amazon because I wanted to charge it on my Amazon Store card. it was very well packed and had no damage. It was very easy to set up the only thing I was a little confused about was the light connections if it was ok to submerse them inside the water I left them out. I'm giving it 4 stars only because there is no way to shut off the lights. The pump and the lights are all one connection which means that in order to operate the pump the lights must stay on all the time. I think this is a stupid set up. I live in Arizona and the fountain is outside there is no reason to have the lights on all day not to mention they will burn out much more quickly. Also this set up does not allow you to replace the pump with any pump purchased anywhere else. If you buy this fountain I suggest you also purchase a back up pump because if the company stops carrying this fountain it is very possible they will also not carry a replacement pump. You can always buy one from any other place but you would have to forfeit the lights. The replacement pump # is R8478 and it costs 24.99 plus shipping and tax, you can call them and ask for their parts Dept and place the order. If you choose this fountain definitely worth considering a back up pump. I'm not sure I would had gotten it if I knew but it seems that not all but many of the fountains with lights now have this kind of a set up.

This is a very nice, well made fountain. I have had no leaks, and very little, if any, splash. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Tex-Mex or Southwestern theme. The colors are subdued and blend well with brighter pots and plants. The box it came in was split in a few places, but it was well packaged inside and didn't seem to suffer any damage. My only complaint is that there is no way to gauge how much water is in the reservoir, so it's a guess as to when to add water. Other than that, I think it's a good purchase.

Fountain look beautiful and it’s big but it stopped working within six months. Such a vest of money. Motor turns on but water doesn’t pass.. it’s a fountain Whats a point if water doesn’t pass. I need my money back or a replacement. In addition to this I paid lots of money to get the fountain sealed on the ground so it’s doesn’t fall if there is a wind. Disappointingly I have to write this. Because even if I get a replacement I’ll still have to pay someone to take the old one out .. so more money for the dead product

This is an awesome water fountain. We have had it for over a year and it looks and works great. One LED went out last week but that’s not bad after a year and easy to replace. The sound of the fountain adds a lot to the back yard. The pump is strong and has given us no issues. Easy to clean as well.

In spite of a small leak (we'll fix it with aquarium sealant in the fall when we empty the fountain of water), we love our fountain. We use it on our patio where it is very attractive. The fact that it has lights is wonderful at night as we have our evening cocktails outside.

Only used fountain for a short time before taking down for the winter, but it worked well, has nice lighting, and has a large water capacity, so I didn't have to add water as often due to minor splashing and evaporation.
