I purchased this product in December 2024 for my mother, and it was used regularly until May 2025. After that, she went out of station for around six months, during which the product was carefully cleaned and stored properly. Once she returned, she used it again for about four months before it suddenly stopped working. My mother maintained the vacuum very carefully. She cleaned it after every use and ensured that it never got stuck or mishandled in any way. What was even more disappointing was the extremely poor response from the service centre. I had to follow up with both the service team and the company at least 10 times before a technician was finally sent to inspect the product. After examination, the technician informed us that the issue was either with the wheels or the motherboard. Eventually, it was confirmed that the motherboard had failed. Now, I am being asked to pay an additional ₹9,000 for the repair. It is shocking and unacceptable that a product from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes develops such a major issue after only around 10 months of actual usage. This is not only disappointing in terms of product quality, but also feels like harassment, especially considering that the product was purchased for a senior citizen. I expected far better quality and customer service from such a well-known brand.

Good product. At times it misses the minutest dust here and there. When the mop is not attached, it moves freely but when the mop is attached, it finds difficult to move even to a half inch elevated area and we have to go and move it manually on hearing the sound. Company can try to improve the censor aspect in this regard. As for the Virtual Demo, I attended Ms. Mubashira Kazi's session who presented the session politely and beautifully. She was very patient in clearing our doubts politely and in an easy to understand way. How many ever times we raised a doubt, she never got irritated and always answered with a smile. It would be better if the Company can extend the live demo to other cities also apart from the existing 8 cities.

I bought the Robotic Vacuum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes in 2024, and my experience over time has been extremely disappointing. Initially, the product had a sensor issue within the warranty period. It was replaced, which was the only positive part of my experience. However, after replacement, the problems continued: The same sensor issue occurred again, and I had to raise the complaint 3–4 times before any action was taken Later, a water intake issue developed, where the machine stopped taking water from its tank. I had to pay around ₹3000 for repair, and even then, the technician visit happened only after repeated follow-ups (3–4 complaints) Now, in March 2026, the app shows that the wheels are not detected / suspended, and since then: I have been continuously calling customer support Multiple complaints were raised No technician has visited my home even after more than a month Complaints are either not properly registered or closed without resolution Even after sending emails, there has been no response The biggest issue is not just the product quality, but the extremely poor after-sales service: No transparency No accountability No proper complaint handling Only repeated “high priority” assurances with zero action As a long-term user, I can say this product is unreliable, and the service support makes the experience even worse. I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing, especially if you expect dependable after-sales service

It's a good product. It's a must for those who live in houses with bigger rooms and who don't have time to properly clean the rooms. It's super silent usually vacuum cleaners identified with lot of noise, but this one is an exception. it takes a while to clean a room. It first goes along the borders of the room and then starts cleaning the room. It doesn't clean corners of the rooms properly objects like wires and some plastic items sometimes could trouble it. Though it has a mopping cloth it doesn’t remove stains nor it is as effective as it’s expected to be. It deeply cleans under cots and sofas which are hard to reach and boring to clean with this vaccum cleaner it’s a breeze though it does work on it’s own we should keep an eye

This product is an excellent acquisition for daily use. It offers exceptional suction power and boasts superior quality with a variety of features. Furthermore, it is simple to set up and operate, requiring no constant supervision.

Order and Demo Experience: I received my order on January 9th, with the demo scheduled for January 12th at 3 PM. On the 12th, I was contacted and asked if the demo could be rescheduled 30 minutes earlier, to which I agreed. I joined the call at 2:25 PM, but no one else joined. Upon contacting customer support, I was transferred to another supervisor after 40 minutes, only to be informed that a demo was not included with the product and advised to refer to YouTube tutorials instead, I asked them to send the link of tutorials which they decline. During this process, I was placed on hold multiple times, and the call eventually disconnected after over an hour. The demo was later rescheduled next day but, once again, no one joined at the appointed time. Finally, on January 14th, I received a call in the morning, and the demo was rescheduled for the evening. The demo was successfully conducted at that time by Shruti Patil, who provided an excellent and comprehensive walkthrough, addressing all queries effectively. Product Feedback: The product performs well overall. However, in approximately 2 out of 10 instances, the robot fails to follow its cleaning path, becoming stationary and confused. Despite this occasional issue, the product is good. Customer Service Concerns: The customer service experience was disappointing. There is a noticeable lack of accountability and coordination between departments. For instance, the customer care team claimed that a virtual demo was not possible at my location because of my pin code, which makes no sense, while the demo team provided a link for it. This inconsistency is further aggravated by the fact that the company's website and Amazon clearly state that a free demo is available for all buyers. This gap in communication and service needs immediate attention and improvement. Final Rating: I rate the product 4.5 stars for its performance but give the overall experience 3.5 stars due to the poor customer service.
